Here is the question for sophisticated and well advance minds!
Is hacking the information off of your computer the same as though that same hacker took your computer and retrieve the information from your computer?
It seems to me that a person can safely secure his computer by putting it in a steel vault at Fort Knox that no one can physically take the computer but at the same time cannot secure the information on the computer and therefore blame and criminalize the hacker for retrieving the information on the computer.
These are two different and distinct acts! I think that the solution is to find a way to secure your information on your computer as absolute safe as putting the physical computer in a vault at Fort Knox instead of being weak minded and act like a thug to threaten another country or person hacking your computer.
It reminds me of the controversy between United States and China that China had to tell United States that space is not America’s private property.
What say you!
