Mr. Cummings has been in Congress 20 years. That is two decades! 20 years ago when he was elected to Congress he said himself that his district was rat infested.
20 years later Pres. Trump pointed out his district is rat infested and that if he spent more time uplifting his district rather than bad mouthing the border issue the residents of Baltimore Mr. Cummings district could progress.
Mr. Elijah Cummings after being in Congress 20 years is a millionaire. The federal government invested over $16 billion in Mr. Cummings district and the money is gone and the district is still in the shape it was in before the $16 billion.
What else can Mr. Elijah Cummings be but a thief and a liar to his district?
