The idea of a never ending war being waged by our leaders against the enemy of the week has now become so normal for Americans that the predatory option for all people accused of any civil disobedience seems to be the default position by talk show hosts and other pundits that should know better. Listen to any particular radio show or pay attention to any political pundit on Fox or MSNBC and notice that they hide behind a political party in order to spread their statism or authoritarianism hoping that most Americans have forgotten the lessons learned in civics or social studies classes. Both the statists and the authoritarians will explain that laws that are passed by governments are for our own good and that any dialogue that entertains a disciplinary approach to corruption in government should be avoided or silenced. Both the statist and authoritarian will seek to silence any and all debate with regard to corruption in government because each needs government in order to justify their existence.

Those who we thought knew better than to court these views in the midst of fascism would remain confident in the idea that sovereignty is now a buzzword of conspiracy theorists and that any dialogue about sovereignty has to include outrageous ideas of rebellion, civil disobedience, and revolt. On one hand, they claim that government overreach is out of control and then condemn those individuals that wish to rebel against what they see is an oligarchy that uses intimidation to get what they want. It is then that we hear that sovereignty is not vested in the people but in the nation state and that all citizens and even businesses exist only to enhance the power, prestige and survival of the state. Our government now is already testing the waters to see what the reaction of Americans will be in the face of intimidation. They are taking steps to make sure that you will have no choice but to adapt and be a citizen that will not feel the least bit bothered by the influence and enhancement of power on the state and federal level. Threat after threat, issue after issue and law after law is announced by your government and the hope is that we all comply. Those that do not comply or disagree with such laws, or expose the so called threats as potential rather than real are told that they are cranks, crackpots or conspiracy theorists.

These terms are being used against Americans in order to shame people into falling in line. Many people realize that governments do not give up power easily, and will use whatever means necessary to make sure they retain their stronghold. Decades ago, George Orwell demonstrated in the book, 1984, that everyone would be exposed to “programming” provided by the “Ministry of Love.” It was called Newspeak. Anyone who had a thought contrary to the totalitarian state run media was deemed a thought criminal, and being a thought criminal was considered the worst crime you could commit. The United States Government is now allowing a new “process” to be carried out against its citizens, where the surveillance state is being utilized not only to capture criminals but to also use their medical records as fodder to convince the court of public opinion that their might makes right in all things, thus the constitutional right of due process is circumvented. Rights to privacy are also circumvented even if you are accused of a crime. The National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) has badly bludgeoned the constitutional right of due process. The U.S. has pursued “domestic terrorism” by practicing pre-emptive prosecution that is, going after individuals who have committed no crime but are alleged to possess an ideology that might dispose them to commit acts of “terrorism.” Maintaining that it can -and should – be in the business of divining intent or literally using whatever they can to pre-cog crime.

Back in February of 2016, it was reported that Chicago Police were currently operating a secret detention facility that mirrors the CIA’s “Black Sites.” The Black Sites or secret torture facilities gave a black eye to public relations during the Iraq and Afghan wars as human rights groups pointed the finger at Americans that were carrying out torture which was changed to the Orwellian Newspeak of “Enhanced Interrogations.” Now it is terrifying to hear that there is a facility being operated in the United States for use on American citizens. From violations of due process to torture, the revelations raise serious concerns about the deteriorating state of freedom and justice in the United States. The so called “Black Site” has been located in Homan Square. According to the reports, suspects are interrogated without lawyers present and in fact, lawyers are often refused entry. Those who have gained access to clients claim that police still withhold information about the suspects. The detainees are not read Miranda rights or offered due process. Just like CIA Black Sites, there have been multiple instances of violence during interrogations. In one case in February of 2013, 44-year-old John Hubbard was pronounced dead after authorities at Homan said he was found “unresponsive” in an interview cell. Americans so far have not decried this miscarriage of Justice.

Avowed racists, neo-Nazis and anti-government militias have taken a back seat to anti-government groups and a perceived major resurgence of right-wing extremism. The Southern Poverty Law Center in Montgomery, Alabama, says it has counted more than 30 acts or plots of domestic terrorism or hate-driven rampages since 2010, an increase from the five years before that. Those include the killings in Kansas last year of three people outside a Jewish community center and Jewish retirement home; a 2011 bomb plot that targeted the route of a Martin Luther King Jr. Day parade in Spokane, Washington; an assault-rifle attack on a Mexican consulate and federal courthouse in Austin, Texas; the murders of six at a Sikh temple in Wisconsin, and the slaying of two Las Vegas police officers by a couple with anti-government views who left behind a swastika and a yellow flag bearing the words “Don’t Tread on Me.” The attacks were not carried out by radicalized Muslims but by what are called right-wing extremists. What General Clark is proposing is people being placed in concentration camps based on the concept of “thought crime” straight out of George Orwell’s classic novel, 1984. In the New World Order world of General Clark, you don’t have to actually break the law in order to come up against the authorities: you just have to think “hate-thoughts,” or use “hate speech” in order to be a target. This is “terrorism prevention” according to Clark.

You see, the government is now in the business of promoting – and preventing – the predominance of certain ideas. One can certainly understand arresting, trying, and incarcerating any person conspiring to commit acts of violence inside the United States; however, Clark’s proposal is chilling and is unconstitutional. He is advocating going after those who are not only not involved in a conspiracy to commit terrorist acts, but who have not even yet been radicalized. Once again he asserts “We have got to identify the people who are most likely to be radicalized, we’ve got to cut this off at the beginning.” What Clark is proposing echoes what happened during World War II? Following the bombing of Pearl Harbor, President Roosevelt issued Executive Order 9066, commanding that Japanese Americans be relocated away from the West Coast and into internment camps, without any due process, proof of disloyalty, or regard to American citizenship. This draconian policy led to the eventual incarceration of over 100,000 people, 62 percent of whom were U.S. citizens. Some of the interned Japanese chose to join the U.S. Armed Forces, ironically to “fight for liberty,” and were sent to the European theater. The bulk of them fought in the 442nd Regimental Combat Team, which emerged from the war as the most highly decorated U.S. military unit of its size, earning the nickname “the Purple Heart division.”

In 1984, President Ronald Reagan signed National Security Decision Directive 52, authorizing the mass detention of 400,000 people in the event of “civil unrest” protesting a U.S. invasion of Central America. It was part of a plot, code-named Rex-84 Alpha, created by the National Security Council under the direction of Marine Lt. Col. Oliver North. It called for suspending the Constitution, placing the nation under martial law and canceling the 1984 election. Rex 84 is short for “Readiness Exercise 1984.” It was originally a classified plan by the United States federal government to accommodate the detention of large numbers of American citizens in case of massive civil unrest or national emergency. FEMA, in association with 34 other federal civil departments and agencies, conducted civil readiness exercises in April of 1984. It was conducted in coordination and simultaneously with a Joint Chiefs exercise, Night Train 84, and Garden Plot a worldwide military command post exercise including Continental U.S. Forces or CONUS. The drills and operations were based on multi-emergency scenarios operating both abroad and at home. In the combined exercise, Rex-84 Bravo, FEMA and DOD led the other federal agencies and departments, including the Central Intelligence Agency, the Secret Service, the Treasury, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the Veterans Administration through a gaming exercise to test military assistance in civil defense.

The exercise anticipated civil disturbances, major demonstrations and strikes that would affect continuity of government and or resource mobilization. To fight subversive activities, there was authorization for the military to implement government ordered movements of civilian populations at state and regional levels, the arrest of certain unidentified segments of the population, and the overturning of the Posse Comitatus Act, an action which makes the military a police force. There is a frightening emotional investment that we put into things here in this country. I say that it is frightening because Nationalism never is a substitute for common sense and what we are seeing around us with the increased Military desensitization is what victimization does to logic and what mental torture does to the intellect. Arms control advocates say it is clearly the beginning of a “weaponization of space” precursor to a precision global strike capability and a full spectrum surveillance apparatus that would allow the US to collect data for months at a time over anywhere it chooses and then unleash firepower without warning anywhere in the world including here at home if necessary. The story and the conspiracy yarn regarding space weapons and kinetic bombardment have now caught on and it may not be some pipedream but a real apparatus for communications and protection. In the future, it will be common to see unmanned drones patrolling the skies above us as 30,000 armed drones are expected to fill the sky under the control of an electromagnetic grid system. In this new year, the rebooting of the Space Age is here and while lofty goals such as putting a man on the moon or on Mars have been put on hold, the privatizing of space has allowed for entrepreneurs to fire their own rockets and startup relationships with military contractors and the newly formed branch of the military called the Space Force.

We were told back in the era of George W. Bush that by 2020, we would be seeing the construction of a moon base and the reality of Space Tourism. The th about space affairs has always been grim in the 21st century. It remains explicit US policy to control near space as part of the doctrine of “full-spectrum dominance” and, further, to be able to deny access to space to all other nations. We have realized that the Pentagon has stated that it is defense policy to investigate UFOs or Unidentified Aerial Phenomena and from what we have now been told, they are now denying that they ever had an interest. It appears that the Pentagon seemed to grow tired of fielding all of these questions about UFOs and decided that enough was enough. However, it also can be seen as a way the Defense Department always seems to find a way to gaslight anyone who has concerns about threats from space whether they be little gray men – or hypersonic weapons that can reduce a major city to a smoldering crater. More than likely they have a mountain of evidence and they’re withholding it all. And they’re still lying about it. Now we have to keep in mind that this still doesn’t automatically mean that any of this has anything to do with extraterrestrials. However, the whole rush to creating a Space Force goes as far back as 2017, the same year as the revelations about the UFO encounters—it is far from being a bit coincidental and the idea of 21st-century space threats echoes back to the weeks after The Roswell incident when Truman separated the Army and the air force, created the CIA and Project Blue Book and when Eisenhower expressed concerns about Sputnik and how it was imperative to get our own bit of hardware up into space. This week, SpaceX kicked off 2020 with the record-breaking launch of its third batch of Starlink satellites. Sixty of the internet-beaming satellites launched atop a used Falcon 9 booster.

The successful Starlink launch made Space X the world’s largest Satellite operator and became the first launch to happen under the auspices of Space Force, which was signed into existence on December 20th, 2019 by President Donald Trump as the sixth branch of the armed forces. Back in October, we learned that Space X has been working with the U.S. Air Force on a program called Global Lightning. The military is seeking ways to use what are called mega-constellations that bring cheap broadband capabilities all over the world. Space X in December 2018 received a $28 million contract to test over the next three years in different ways in which the military might use Starlink broadband services. So far, SpaceX has demonstrated data throughput of 610 megabits per second in flight to the cockpit of a U.S. military C-12 twin-engine turboprop aircraft. Space X received the largest Air Force contract so far from any of the LEO broadband companies under the so-called “Defense Experimentation Using the Commercial Space Internet” program. Low-cost internet access from LEO constellations is one of the products that the Air Force wants to be able to acquire and use as soon as possible. The launch is part of the private spaceflight company’s plan to create a constellation of small broadband satellites, each weighing slightly more than 485 lbs. That will provide internet coverage to the world below. With this launch, it brings Space X’s burgeoning constellation up to 180 satellites, making it the largest satellite fleet in orbit. SpaceX is not the one aerospace company with plans of connecting the globe. OneWeb launched its first set of six satellites in 2019, but SpaceX with its own rocket has quickly amassed a sizable constellation. Since late December people have been seeing a string of lights in the sky and have mistaken them for UFOs. Scientists have called them megaconstellations and as competition increases, we will be seeing more of these megaconstellations filling up the sky.

A new and lucrative standard in global connectivity is the impetus for these sprawling swarms of spacecraft. Blanketing our planet in satellites to beam high-speed Internet to any location on Earth around the clock could banish the days of struggling with spotty Wi-Fi and cellular connections, while also transporting the estimated three billion people who are currently offline into the digital age. If these companies are successful, the entire world could be suddenly interlinked as never before, with the Internet becoming truly omnipresent for essentially every human on the planet. While it all sounds like a great idea – we have to also think about the consequences of having so many of these heavy objects racing above us. Concerns about preserving the space environment, particularly in low Earth orbit have intensified with the growing interest in new satellite mega-constellations initiatives. Mega-constellations are one of the biggest challenges faced by the satellite communications industry today, calling for changes in manufacturing processes, assembly and testing methods, and a need to implement technologies to minimize the potential impact on the space environment. There are concerns that these technologies will create a cascade of increased collisions and debris. The other danger is that what goes up can come down, sometimes over heavily populated areas. By the end of 2020, SpaceX plans to launch about 1,000 satellites in its Starlink constellation, singlehandedly increasing the number of active satellites in orbit by half. One Web says that they will launch an additional 400 satellites. Other companies will follow suit which of course raises questions about earth’s orbital environment and the possible risks of having too many satellites not only to navigate but to protect and to keep in space. How to best manage this massive outpouring of satellites remains an open question. The roughly 2,000 active spacecraft orbiting Earth already have to dodge each other, as well as errant, defunct satellites and smaller pieces of space debris. The advent of megaconstellations will require a huge increase in such “collision avoidance maneuvers.” While the new space race has the technocrats optimistic – there is really no reason to be. While we can put all of these satellites in space to ensure better internet connections the question is with all of the risks involved –should we even be doing this?

There are currently no strict international rules or regulations that dictate how a company operates such constellations in orbit, and regulators have struggled to cope with the rapid development of megaconstellations. What most people do not understand is while all of this sounds amazing and innovative – this is all new territory and at the moment we haven’t heard of any mishaps or monumental failures but there are many scientists that are concerned about what will happen if there is a colossal failure and what dangers it posed to areas on earth that may be hit by dead satellites that cannot be controlled. SpaceX, in one of its FCC filings, said its active Starlink satellites had at most a risk of collision of just 0.000000303 percent with any objects larger than 10 centimeters if one of them failed immediately after launching into an initial orbital altitude of about 350 kilometers. They have invested in propulsion for its satellites, collision risk is considered to be zero or near zero,” the company noted in one document sent to the FCC, although it did not provide collision risk analysis for failed satellites at their operational height of 550 kilometers. SpaceX has touted the automated collision avoidance capabilities of its satellites to dodge other objects, although this system did not operate in September and caused a close call with a European science satellite called Aeolus owing to a “bug” in the Starlink e-mail communication system. That bug, according to a SpaceX spokesperson, “has been fixed.” A satellite’s malfunction need not only occur shortly after launch, however, a failure could also come at any time in its mission. We are too caught up in how cool this all is – we forget that when the satellites go up, they can often come down and with the population growing because of competition we also may see the risk of collision or worse, sabotage from adversarial countries like China or Russia.

No one to my knowledge has even issued any information about failure rates of one of these satellites let alone the possibility of a Christmas tree light scenario that if one satellite goes out in the string – they all go out. In its own filing with the FCC, Amazon was asked to project the potential collision risk of its Project Kuiper constellation if up to 15 percent of its satellites failed a high but not unfathomable number. U.S.-company Iridium Communications, which launched a constellation of 95 satellites into orbit in the 1990s, found that 30 percent of those satellites failed. If 15 percent of Amazon’s satellites failed in orbit, the company has estimated a 17 percent chance that one of them would collide with a piece of space debris—potentially breaking apart to create more space debris and raise overall collision risks. The worst-case scenario, in which satellite collisions create a runaway feedback loop of ever-greater amounts of space debris, is known as the Kessler syndrome. It is kind of like watching the balls on a pool table knock each other around and collide with other satellites, space stations, and space debris. Think of the worst-case scenario on the highway where one collision causes a 50 car pileup—now think of 100,000 satellites in low earth orbit colliding with a group of failed satellites – the heavens would be on fire causing a Kessler syndrome and who knows what would happen next. SpaceX, OneWeb and the FCC, which has authorized more than 13,000 satellites in the past two years alone, say they are taking these concerns seriously. “The FCC will ensure responsible operations through the licensing process and through regulations, including any new regulations adopted in the orbital debris rule-making proceeding,” a spokesperson for the agency said. SpaceX’s spokesperson, meanwhile, says any of its satellites that fail at lower orbits will “burn up in the Earth’s atmosphere within one to five years.” The company, however, also has plans to operate satellites at significantly higher altitudes of 1,150 kilometers where orbital lifetimes for failed satellites can be hundreds of years. OneWeb, too, intends to send satellites to such higher altitudes but also says it is working with experts to draw up plans for sustainable practices such as robotic servicing to de-orbit defunct spacecraft.

Astronomers have also raised concerns about constellations on their observations of the universe. How are astronomers supposed to see through the clutter of all of these satellites? Although regulators and organizations are already embroiled in discussions of how to cope with megaconstellations, by the time any international agreement emerges, it might be too late. Holger Krag, head of the Space Debris Office at the European Space Agency, says they are developing an automated system to help satellites avoid collisions, but it will not be ready until 2023, by which time thousands of satellites will likely have already launched. Now the question is have we blindly rushed to launch these satellites without thinking of the consequences? Is the risk worth the reward? In the event of a Kessler syndrome, parts of Earth orbit could be left essentially unusable for the foreseeable future, burdening our descendants with yet another planet-encompassing mess. The window to act is now diminishing. There are more than 2,271 satellites currently in orbit without counting the onslaught of Starlink and One Web. Russia has the most satellites currently in orbit, with 1,324 satellites, followed by the U.S. with 658. They represent four percent of the total number of objects currently cataloged by the U.S. space surveillance network; the rest includes abandoned satellites, spent rocket boosters, and other debris. Civilian satellites, which perform tasks for the commercial, scientific, and government sectors, make up the majority of U.S. satellites. Russia’s space assets are split nearly evenly between military and civil missions, though there are not separate military and civilian space programs. Only a very small percentage of other countries’ satellites are military in nature. It is no secret the military wants to own the skies; however it is obvious the domain will eventually be run by Artificial Intelligence and that autonomous satellite killers will be used by aggressive nations creating an excuse for Space warfare.

At night, the space fence will capture the precise moments when the lights in living rooms and bedrooms are turned on and off. The data that the military will acquire, which can be correlated with information from mobile devices and smart meters, will become an important component of the growing digital record of nearly everything we do. The internet of things is now the train that has left the station and it has now traveled into the sky as we marvel at the string of megaconstellations as man’s latest space achievement. They will eventually be seen as a space threat. I predict that they will eventually become a nuisance as they crowd out stars, block space events, and collide with other satellites. Soon, Earth may be blanketed by tens of thousands of satellites, and they’ll greatly outnumber the approximately 9,000 stars that are visible to an unaided human eye. Every square degree of space you see will have something crawling in it. I know that we remember the old tale of Chicken Little telling us the sky is falling but with thousands of these satellites in the sky – it will look as if the sky is crawling.

NEW WORLD ORDER: In many instances, those of us who aren’t professional scientists have to take a lot of the scientific breakthroughs we hear about on trust. A lot of us don’t take the time to study or make any educated guesses about scientific matters and so when someone tells you that if we don’t curb the what contributes to Climate disruption we will die soon, we don’t bother to question if they are an expert on matters of climate. It doesn’t matter if the person is a junior senator or a little girl – if they are given a spotlight and a hot microphone so of course, they must have some expertise on the matter or so many people think. Some people don’t stop to question credentials or expertise on such matters because they are too busy to care. So they trust that what is being said is correct because it somehow reaffirms what they already have thought. Equally, those of us who are not clergymen have to take a lot of religion on faith. Unfortunately, due to varying opinions of both, many people make all sorts of leaps based on bias. No god is the same god and the same god is somebody’s devil, somebody’s devil is somebody’s alien and somebody’s rapture can be disguised as an alien deception. There are all kinds of thoughts and ideas we cling to and sometimes we never really ask ourselves why we believe what we believe. There are three things that guide our discernment processes and they are belief, faith, and bias; everything else is just noise or due to a lack of knowledge is discounted as a fallacy. Ignorance steers us into all sorts of myths and tall tales to feed into our bias. It is an all or nothing argument for some people. For example, when I brought up meme magic the other night, there were many people that were irritated at the concept and that they opined that the President would never do something like meme magic or use highly intensified programming on the internet.

Trump did what is called, “statecraft” – a maneuver that uses things like neuro-linguistic programming to move the crowd think into a desired direction. Those proficient in neuro-linguistic programming use the magic words, basically triggering phrases that bridge with the people to generate a desired result. The perfect example of this statecraft “magic” was when President Trump Tweeted “all is well” after Iran lobbed rockets at our bases. It was enough to calm the American people and have them sleep well. But all was not well. Iran shot down a Ukrainian airliner with two Russian-made surface-to-air missiles killing over 170 people. There was also a report that two rockets were reportedly fired inside Baghdad’s heavily fortified Green Zone near the US embassy. It was like a Jedi mind trick and it worked for some people but not all. The House on Thursday approved a War Powers resolution that Democrats said would limit President Donald Trump’s ability to take military action against Iran but Republicans claimed was “meaningless” and would undermine his authority as commander in chief. As Democrats looked to reassert the constitutional power given Congress to authorize war, the non-binding measure passed along mostly party lines, 224-194, with eight Democrats splitting from House Speaker Nancy Pelosi although three Republicans crossed the aisle to vote with the majority. Again, this proved my argument that this is how a civil war begins… and it doesn’t matter what happens there will always be an adversarial coup to undermine the actions of the President. This will not stand – not for long. Not if our republic is to survive. We live in the year 2020 and in the culture at large, we may be on the brink of a major shift in perspective, with enormous implications for how most of us think about the future and the well being of ourselves, friends and family.

Moving into the 2020’s will most certainly be a time where belief systems will be challenged and there will be revelations that will reveal why we think the way we do and while a lot of destructive thoughts and behaviors have to change or we will find ourselves on the brink of extinction, albeit only because we have been told that we are. After many years of being told that we are doomed, we start acting like we are until we find an abrupt and swift end to our existence. You can call it the end of the world if you like but you won’t be around to call it anything. That will be up to the historians – those who inexplicably survive the inevitable holocaust. Okay, so this is getting pretty dark but the darkness seems to be a good killer of light and light is becoming more difficult to find. It is kind of like that old story by Nietzsche of the madman in the market place that ran through the streets without fuel for his lantern screaming “God is dead” believing that mankind had lost its way. Beliefs are a transcendent human trait. Homo sapiens represent the only animal species endowed by evolution with a large prefrontal cortex that enables each of its members to harbor a belief system. That is why I have often joked that we did not evolve from apes – we are just another species of ape that was given the misfortune of understanding our mortality and believing that we can beat it by worshipping a god. It is part of or social psychology – it has been around for thousands of years. Social psychology is defined as “the scientific study of how we think about, influence, and relate to one another.” We are social beings. Most of us communicate with others every day, spending large portions of our waking hours in some form of communication. One lesson from social psychology is the influence others have on us. Research shows we do not have as much control over our thoughts and behavior as we think. We take cues from our environment, especially other people, on how to act.

Consider the concept of group polarization. This means that likeminded people reinforce one another’s viewpoints. Group polarization strengthens of the opinions of each person in the group. Clearly, others affect our behavior. One reason for this is that we live in a complex world. Most people when making decisions usually think that what is popular is good – what works for someone else must work for you and when you are told that certain groups of people act a certain way and in order to belong you must do what others in the group do, then we find ourselves identifying with that particular group’s ideology. Following the crowd allows us to function in a complicated environment. Most of us do not have time to increase our knowledge of all merchandise and research every advertised item to measure its usefulness. Instead, we rely on signals like popularity. If everyone else is buying something, the reasoning goes, there is a good chance the item is worth our attention. People are controlled and manipulated more times than they realize and with new technology and social platforms, the mechanisms for control become more sophisticated and soon you start accepting things you once thought were abhorrent. It used to be that crowd think and collective actions were limited to just small groups in the community – now these groups can now be worldwide movements in a matter of days because of viral memes and hashtags. This has also contributed to the era of virtue signaling, social warriors, the woke culture, the cancel culture, and other groups that turn victimhood into valuable currency. In 2020, there is a concern that the United States is suffering from something called chaos syndrome. Chaos syndrome is a chronic decline in the political system’s capacity for self-organization. It begins with the weakening of the institutions and brokers—political parties, career politicians, and congressional leaders and committees that have historically held politicians accountable to one another and prevented everyone in the system from pursuing naked self-interest all the time.

As these intermediaries’ influence fades, politicians, activists, and voters all become more individualistic and unaccountable. The system atomizes. Chaos becomes the new normal; both in campaigns and in the government itself. No one wants to hear that their government is falling apart on its own — they want the blame to be placed on a convenient scapegoat. So we get hate campaigns against the President – group think crusades that want to lock up Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama and of course, the emboldened followers of QAnon. Our intricate, informal system of political intermediation, which took many decades to build, did not commit suicide or die of old age; we reformed it and marked it for death. For decades, well-meaning political reformers have attacked intermediaries as corrupt, undemocratic, unnecessary, or usually all of the above. Americans have been busy demonizing and disempowering political officials, because of identity politics. The Constitution was the immune system of the government – when you spend decades abusing and attacking your own immune system, eventually, you will get sick. Consider, then, the etiology of a political disease: the immune system that defended the body politic for two centuries; the gradual dismantling of that immune system; the emergence of pathogens capable of exploiting the new vulnerability; the symptoms of the disorder; and, finally, its prognosis and treatment. Like many disorders, chaos syndrome is self-reinforcing. It causes governmental dysfunction, which fuels public anger, which incites political disruption, which causes yet more governmental dysfunction. Reversing the spiral will require understanding it. As I reported days ago on the Alex Jones Show, the framers of the Constitution warned of a conspiracy to foment the cause of hyper-partisanship and that a republic falls to despotism when it reaches a point of hyper-partisan manipulation. The founding fathers warned that if a consistent partisan majority ever united to take control of the government, it would use its power to oppress the minority.

The hyper-partisan attitude in this country is beginning to look like partisan psychosis. It is always sensible to avoid discussing religious or political issues because inevitably someone will be offended. The current political zeitgeist of the country is becoming downright grotesque and spiteful. Although fierce political rivalry is widely accepted as a tradition to achieve the national goals promulgated by each party, what we are witnessing today is a veritable blood sport fueled by “hyper-partisanship,” where drawing blood, not promoting the public good, has become an undisguised intent. The intensity of hyper-partisanship has engulfed the collective national psyche and is bordering on the “religification” of politics. What used to be reasonable political views have been transformed into irrefutable articles of faith that do not lend themselves to rational debate or productive compromise. Rational discourse is dying in this country –and the majority of both right and left have given up their objectivity and have replaced wit with radical fanaticism. Thoughtful debate of issues that promote the public good is becoming scarce. Instead of effectively defending the validity of their arguments, extremists focus on spewing accusations and ad hominem insults. In case you did not know the sickening catch 22 of insults is that in the public eye they are not challengeable. If they are challenged with more ad hominem and insults – nothing gets accomplished. There is a tendency for extremists to overvalue their ideas and political views. Psychiatrists call this being delusional. But no one wants to point out the obvious when it is important that they should –intervention has been known to break up friendships and families. We are seeing this happen every day and we also see the viciousness that is being exchanged on social networks. As we move into the second decade of the 21st century there are many people who remain neutral and objective and are struggling to intervene and be heard,

However, they are being drowned in the loud chaos syndrome; being abused by social groups and terrorized by anti-fascist groups that use fascism as a way to intimidate others into complying with their extremist views. The terrifying thing is that these groups are seen as important enforcers of the new morality. A lot of people have wondered and have asked me how we have ended up in times where it seems as though many people are caught up in some political psychosis. The framing war also can play a role in shaping us socially. Now we are learning just how insidious it has become. There is a conspiracy to hack your mind and there are many companies that are willing to take it, put it in a blender and puree it and sell it to you like a smoothie. This may explain the delusional behaviors and hyper-partisan bigotry. On New Year’s Day 2020, Twitter account @HindsightFiles began posting documents from data firm Cambridge Analytica (CA) which expose the extensive infrastructure used to manipulate voters on a global scale. Kaiser told the Guardian: “I’m very fearful about what is going to happen in the U.S. election later this year, and I think one of the few ways of protecting ourselves is to get as much information out there as possible.” The latest CA whistleblower has said the dumps will contain previously unreleased emails, project plans, case studies, and negotiations. The HindsightFiles twitter account has posted data on the relationship between Cambridge Analytica and John Bolton, former National Security Adviser to the Trump administration. In 2013, the John Bolton Super PAC paid Cambridge Analytica $650,000 for voter data analysis and digital video ad targeting.

The documents provide more details on that relationship, including using psychographics to play on voter’s hopes and fears. Psychographics is a methodology that focuses on the consumer’s psychological attributes. Research firms attempt to develop a psychographic profile on various segments of the population by studying personality, opinions, interests, attitudes, values, and behaviors. More than 100,000 documents are said to be released in the coming months, revealing Cambridge Analytica’s activity in a shocking 68 countries, including elections in Malaysia, Kenya, and Brazil. The Guardian reported that the documents come from Brittany Kaiser, a former employee of Cambridge Analytica who turned whistleblower and star of the documentary The Great Hack. Cambridge Analytica first made headlines following the 2016 Presidential election after it was revealed the company had gained access to 87 million Facebook profiles. Whistleblower Christopher Wylie exposed how he helped set up CA and obtain the data of millions of Americans. This is when the public began to understand the scope of Cambridge Analytica’s operations. The political consulting firm, worked on behalf of Ted Cruz’s campaign to help him win the 2016 Republican nomination. Cambridge Analytica was also involved in campaigns to promote Brexit, as well as promoting the 2016 Trump Presidential campaign. Donald Trump would eventually hire Steven Bannon as the chief strategist for his White House. Bannon previously served as CA’s vice president and was the executive chairman of Breitbart News. Cambridge Analytica itself is a web of shadowy companies invested in behavioral research and influencing mass behavior. Cambridge was born out of the Strategic Communications Laboratories (SCL), founded by Nigel Oakes and Alexander Nix. SCL claimed to have expertise in Psychological Operations and worked as part of military and political operations around the world.

So this poses the question –who is really meddling in our elections? We have been told it was Russia—we have been told that it was Trump and Putin and that Trump is a traitor and all of the other histrionic babble. Although Cambridge Analytica has officially shut down, company executives set up a new company in 2017 called Emerdata Limited. It was also reported that former SCL executives joined Emerdata. Both the history of the company and its executives are a clear example of the growing trend of politicians seeking to use data gathered by social media companies to better understand and manipulate the minds of potential voters. Data mining through social media is more useful for identifying current and future trends than it is for manipulating large groups of people to vote a certain way. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EH3bp5335I... All you need is few memes to go viral – one’s that play on fear and bias and you can change the way an entire group thinks. By exploiting individual web data, the elites might also be able to sway a certain smaller percentage of a vote one way or the other. Even just 5%-10% of a vote could determine the outcome of an election. This would mean that elections are meaningless. Changes to government are never achieved through voting. It’s time for people to finally accept this fact and start implementing other measures. This also means that being convinced to be a radical left or right sycophant is actually creating a form of psychosis in the public at large. The zeitgeist generated by extreme partisanship is intellectually stunting and emotionally numbing. Psychiatrists may wonder what consequences the intense anger and hatred and scarcity of compromise between the opposing parties will have for the country’s citizens.

We have a major challenge as Americans to try and curb this disturbing and exhaustive trend. Just as it is disturbing for children to watch their parents undermine each other by arguing ferociously and hurling insults, so it is for a populace that is shocked at how frenzied and intolerant their leaders and their extremist followers have become, failing to work together for the common good and adversely impacting the mental health of the zeitgeist. It looks as if no one can repair the dysfunctional political fragmentation at the national level, however, exposing the manipulators may be key in calming people down and helping them reach logical and objective conclusions about political statecraft. WATCH OUT FOR THOSE FIRETRUCKS, POLICE CARS, AND AMBULANCES PUTTING ON THEIR LIGHTS AND SIRENS WHEN THERE IS NO EMERGENCY! YOU MAY JUST BE WATCHED OR IS UNDER SURVEILLANCE!
