Black Americans will not have tithes and offerings in our places of worship. We will have a different system!

Harry, animal sacrifice is done away with. The tithes under the law were those given to the Levites: they embraced a tenth of all produce, not money. Harry, what is your nationality? If you say African American, then you may very will be a Jew.
