This is how God and humanity interrelates! First it’s the people. Then the prophet and last is God in action.

The people first reach out to God from their hearts and not from the spoken words of their prayer. That which is in your heart only God can see.

If the people’s problem is of high priority and God decide to act on it the next thing needed is a prophet which is God’s mouth piece to the people.

The prophet comes on board and speaks to the people what God is going to about the problem.

Lastly, God takes actions to permanently resolve the problem.

That is how it works.

If the person is not out prophet then the person cannot tell you what God intents to do.

In rare cases like in the case of Dr. King who was not a prophet God showed Dr. King the final outcome since God showed Dr. King we as a people will get to our land promise to us by Pres. A. Lincoln 40 areas and a mule.
Dr. King made this speech while he was in the state of Tennessee which is one to the states that makes up our country soon to be.
