It clearly says that God is establishing a covenant with the HebrewIsraelite people now living in the country of Israel today.
Mr. Ron you ignorantly believe that the HEBREWISRAELITE people in Gn. 17:7 are our BLACK AMERICAN people and that is not the case.

Our Black American people are a NEW race of people. HebrewIsraelite people are a different race of people from my NEW Black American people descendants of plantation slaves.
