A liger is a cross between a male lion and a female tiger. God did not create a liger. God created a lion and a tiger, but man made a liger. Man made the Liger.
Similarly, the old White slave masters bred themselves with the first wave of African slaves and continued to breed with those same slaves for 300 years until Pres. Lincoln outlawed plantation slavery, but by that time the slave population was 22+million slaves and that is a NEW race of people God did not create.
If the slave population was 30 slaves from the breeding process then that would be off-springs from an interracial affair, but to have 22+million people from the breeding process is a NEW race of people.
