What is the cause of Blacks killing Blacks especially in Chicago?

Since Black Americans do not control anything in this country of White America than what is causing Who or what is causing Black Americans to shoot at each sometimes accidentally killing children?

Black Americans killing do not wake up every morning deciding how many Blacks they are going to kill. The killings are drug deals gone bad and White America is completely responsible for the flow of drugs in this country.

Black America will soon be delivered into our own country by God self.
