If a culture doesn't have its own structures or instituions like TV, hospitals, education systems, stores, and the lkes, that culture will be co-dependent on the dominant culture's and in the way they do things, much like how Negroids or blacks embrace both European and Arab cultures. Its sad that a group pf people can have so much knowledge but cannot transform that into economic success for the people. When a culture cannot transform themselves into economica powerhouses then they become subserviant to the dominant culture who can mislead or is a greater evil to that culture.

Through economics a culture or Nation can pursue self-determination, independent of those that are a threat to that culture. Socially, being independent can help the children because these children can have an educational system within the framewok of that culture's internal structures. That culture should be able in those children who they are, where they came from, and the culture's perspective of the world. Most cultures are taking reading, writing, and arithmatic, and surrounds it with their version of history. And most cultures have their own language so the reading and writing backs up their own. When you take a language and mathematics and surround that with a history one deems suitable for others to learn about themselves, along with the rest of the world, then that becomes an educational institution. Thus, whoever controls the educational system controls the thinking of the people! This is fone because the education system is going to be the reference point on how those children see the world.

Also, much like whats going on in America, anyone who controls the women controls the race because the women are responsible for the children and what they think, how they think, or where they need to be! Early childhood teaching is very important because the mother raises the child under the umbrella of whatever school of thought or religion she believs in. Children can't get past the early childhood of the mother. Thus, the women are the first educators and deciders of what the child knows, believe in, or follows. Negroids in America should solidify proper education in the household so that it can thrive. Many Negroid children are also occupational orphans because of the ingle parentg households. The child then rely on another bulture's system or institution in order to fit in with present day's society.
