They involve themselves in matters that they have no knowledge of. But their secret confidetial reports make it appear as if they were there during the time of the plights. Then there are some who are informants in West Cleveland who sometimes have firemen or ambulance called to their homes in order to reveal whats going on in those neighborhoods. They are both black and hispanic at times. They work with and for white supremacists and New World Order masters in hopes of being spared during the de-weeding process after the round-ups. Not all euro-americans are out to destroy black and brown people but the majority rules! Traditional racism have tooken on a much different face because there are so many black and brown people who seems to work for the many enemies of black and brown people. These so-called informants and lying informants put an end to the way traditional racism was and have brought about a new wave of strategies which nolonger can be blamed totally on euro-americans. So was Cyphert right when it was recorded of him saying that his black roommate should be also watching those with brown skin? Was Big T. correct when he stated that the Regional Transit Authority was flooded with black employees who only target other black and brown people? Was one white supremacist correct when he stated that RTA employees who conspire against certain blackmen and women provide fabricated information about them to parties who make sure the information is known in most upscale euro-american communities? Many euro-americans can know that a specific black male or female plotted against other blacks and most of the black people are in the shadows about this. As we stated, traditional racism was much more simple to define because the evidence indicated that throughout history, people enslaved others whenever they had the means and opportunity, regardless of their race. Black people were captured by other black people for sale to non-African markets. Huge numbers of pale Europeans were enslaved by both euro-peans and non-euro-peans. The word slave itself comes from the Russian word, the Slav, which means to bind or enslave. In fact, the Barbary coast pirates of North Africa had such a thriving and entrenched european slave trade in the early 1800's that it caused the U.S. to send military forces into battle there, inspiring the famous Marine Hymn line, ‘To the Shores of Tripoli’.

In the slavery era in the U.S., this was known as the one-drop rule. At the time, it implied inferiority, with the lower group’s blood regarded as if it were a ‘contaminant’.

This rule was enshrined in law in Virginia’s 1924 Racial Integrity Act, passed on the same day as the state’s evolutioninspired eugenics act to sterilize people by force. If a euro-american married someone who had even one drop of African blood (ancestry), their marriage was a criminal offence. After thought: Divide & conquer have been historically and presently successful when turning people against themselves based on skin color. People would need permission to travel and they would need a good reason to travel. If you didn't have a good reason for your travel you would not be allowed to travel, and everyone would need ID. Afterwards, some sort of device would be developed to be implanted under the skin that would be coded specifically to identify the individual. Like sheep, humanity had better adjust to constant harassment as long as it tolerates Illuminati control of all important government and social institutions. On March 20, 1969, Rockefeller Insider Dr. Richard Day (1905-1989) gave a speech to the Pittsburgh division of the American Medical Association in which he predicted how people would be enslaved to their countries.He further stated that everything was in place and nobody could stop them! White supremacist Charles Cyphert, according to sources in Lakewood, Ohio, was once noted as saying when spies are needed to monitor one, should those spies be compromised, there are others awaiting orders. In other words, when you speak the facts about the evil in the world today you inherit demons of all sorts. Take for an instance, Charles Cyphert, the white supremacist that live at 3254 West 38th street ion West Cleveland, Ohio, was recorded saying that he and the hispanics that live in the same house were monitoring his black roommate. They allege that his black roommate, Hatap Rayay, is involved with some of the threads we post on this website. One female recently stated that Cyphert had a secret meeting with the female hispanic that lives on the lower level of the home. They spoke about his black roommate and their many conspiracies against him.They also spoke about moving to other areas, which is usually typical after informants have been greatly rewarded for their services against targets. Many informants in West Cleveland, Ohio, have been assign targets who they monitor. Some use devices which hack into wifi while others listen for sounds. However, when they cannot get the dirt needed to satisfy their superiors, usually they'll just make up something. According to very reliable sources, like those hispanics that work secretly with Cyphert, they make up lies and keep records of it so that they will never forget them. Cyphert, according to sources, even claimed that they have parties who sometimes go to the home and help set up and monitor internet activity within range. Hatap Rasyay is well aware of the many tricks going on around him and makes sure that he always has some sort of surveillance protecting him. Remember, there are those who work to destroy the character of targets by either pushing that they are verbally abusive or violent. hatap keeps a recording going at all times should the lies against him end up in court, which they never will! There are certain hispanics which work with and for white supremacists that go around trying to convince others that they are not white supremacists. However, anyone that knows Charles Cyphert will confirm that he a a white supremacist. Even past roommates of Cyphert's, including euro-americans, claim that he is one of the most sinister people they have ever met. But why all the surveillance and lies against hatap, the black roommate of Cyphert's?

First off, hatap is highly intelligent and is a strong Nubun (blackman) who wouldn't sell out for any amount of money. Anyone who speaks ill of him have already sold out because they carry fake propaganda around. Intelligent blackmen are a threat to many races and sub-races which is why they youth are fighting back in the only way they know. Black people can see what is happening to them in both East and West Cleveland, and a percentage have sold out their race while others continue to fight. In many parts of the U.S. hispanics have worked with white supremacists against blacks and if one were to research the incarceration of thousands of blacks, if hispanic secret testimonials weren't sealed from the public eye, then you will find that hundreds of hispanics were involved with white supremacists that got rid of strong blackmen. In Part 6 of this thread we enclosed that even in 2021, a black person is not yet considered a citizen. This is the primary reason they have so many altercations with police. The key is making it appear that the black person is either vioplent, verbally abusive, mentally ill, or problematical. So attachments who monitor certain black people keep a record of all the lies they make up on law abiding strong blackmen and women. Collusion is involved as well because it allows a large number of people to make the same claims or allegations against that black person. In the State of Pennsylvania there is a law known as the Nuissance law. This law allows neighborhoods to conspire against certain neighbors and make claims to city officials. If enough people are making the same claims against a neighbor, regardless if that person owns his or her home, the city can force that person to move from that neighborhood.

The State of Ohio practices similar strategies. Take for an instance, if a person speaks against the New World Order, against racist police, against GMO foods, against poison water, against 5G, against cell phone radiation, et cetera, if this information is being shared over the internet trolls and hackers, sometimes employed by certain police officers or city officials, will try and locate where that device is coming from. Once they claimm that they have located the area where the devices are being used to access the internet, rumors begin to get spreaded about the targets. But the rumors will have nothing to do with the information shared over the internet. The rumors will be fabrications concerning their characters and more. Then they try and get this information to nearby drug dealers and the youth, because of their connection to chaos. In some parts of East and West Cleveland, police get involved and will start arresting drug delaers, who they previously left alone, or others. The rumors will paint a picture of the black or brown person who shows love for their people causing some sort of chaos which allegedly forced police to act as they did. And from that an innocent female or male have inherited unknown enemies. This isn't a new tactic being used. This tactic have been implemented in black communities since the 1920's. Trust us, hatap is responsible for the many threads we post but he is onboard against white supremacy, mind control, genocide, a prisoned planet, et cetera. So in some way this does make him an enemy of those who have sold out. We strive to keep black and brown people updated with the latest of correct information but the evil opposition cannot destroy us from us violating the laws of the land. They can't get us from people they have planted amongst us who provoke altercations. Like with Big T., Little B., Wise, Solomon, Dawud, Montu aka Muhammad Eury, and countless others, they have to lie on us and try to turn people around us against us. There are police officers who is involved very deeply with what rumors are being spreaded inside of neighborhoods. And when they youth get angry with them and expose them those youth sometimes come up dead from gunshots by other youth. Like with the late Nipsey Hustle, he sought to bring organizations together, which the unlearned term gangs. A party with the name, Eric Holder, shot and killed Hustle and later claimed that the highest ranking police promised him $75,000 for the assassination. Little did he know that if police can throw out that sort of scratch, they can also throw out much lesser money to get parties to destroy the character and credibility of their assassins.

It will be very wise for black and brown people to,learn about them being classified as citizens along with the Ole dread Scott rule, et cetera. You are still considered a slave except the physical chains were removed. There is a war on your minds right now and if we don't get it together, those renegades placed on earth as a punishment for their many crimes on other planets will take us out as they are being removed from earth. The late actress Nell Carter once said, "I don't want to end up in the whiteman's hell with them!." We have entered the realm of the New World Order and even though white supremacy is being faded out, the glopbalists will continue to use it until their mission is complete. Predictive policing is dangerous and yet its use among law enforcement agencies is growing. Predictive policing advocates, and companies that make millions selling technology to police departments, like to say the technology is based on “data” and therefore it cannot be racially biased. But this technology will disproportionately hurt Black and other overpoliced communities, because the data was created by a criminal punishment system that is racially biased. Jeffery Merkley, Sen. Alex Padilla, Sen. Raphael Warnock, and Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee. They ask, among other things, whether the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) has done any legal analysis to see if the use of Predictive Policing complies with the 1964 Civil Rights Act. It’s clear that the Senators and Representatives are concerned with the harmful legitimizing effects “data” can have on racially biased policing: “These algorithms, which automate police decisions, not only suffer from a lack of meaningful oversight over whether they actually improve public safety, but are also likely to amplify prejudices against historically marginalized groups.” The elected officials are also concerned about how many jurisdictions the DOJ has helped to fund predictive policing and the data collection requisite to run such programs, as well as whether these programs are measured in any real way for efficacy, reliability, and validity. This is important considering that many of the algorithms being used are withheld from public scrutiny on the assertion that they are proprietary and operated by private companies. After thought: Using the weather as a weapon and destroying crops): The military have been controllinhg the weather to a pioint where it is globally destroying crops. When crops are destroyed and few crops make it to grocery stores, the prices are sometimes raised up to 300%. Like we have stated in many threads in the past, the key to a successful and triumphant New World Order is making sure that there are millions in poverty and living on the streets. Throughout U.S. history, there have always been droughts in the western half of the country from time to time, but what we are dealing with now is truly alarming. Scientism tell humans that a multi-year “megadrought” has developed in the southwestern portion of the country, and this is the worst year of that “megadrought” so far by a wide margin. If conditions do not radically improve soon, we are going to have a major agricultural disaster on our hands. Some farmers have already decided not to plant crops at all this year, but many others have decided to plant anyway knowing that if enough rain doesn’t come their crops will certainly fail. The epicenter of this “megadrought” is the Four Corners region in the Southwest, but this drought is so immense it is even causing nightmares for farmers as far away as North Dakota. In fact, the first few months of this year were the driest that North Dakota has seen in 126 years… The period of January to March 2021was the driest in 126 years for North Dakota. Farmers are starting to make difficult decisions on planting and culling herds as the governor of the state declared a statewide drought disaster on April 8. Soil moistures across the state, particularly in western portions of North Dakota, are lacking sufficient moisture to sustain normal crop development growth. The first eight days of April 2021 offered little help as hot, summer-like temperatures, gusty winds, and low humidity across the state accelerated drying conditions. According to the U.S. Drought Monitor, well over half the state is now experiencing “severe drought”.

Perhaps you don’t care about what is happening in North Dakota, but you should, because much of the wheat that we use for pasta and flour comes from that region… Things are dry and dusty in the Upper Midwest, the Northern Plains states and the Prairie provinces of Canada. This region, spanning states such as North Dakota and provinces such as Manitoba, is the most important one for spring wheat, the higher-gluten variety that’s used for pasta or mixed with other wheat for all-purpose flour. And that crop is at significant risk, because conditions in the region are pretty dire this year. In a previous article I discussed the dramatic rise in food prices that we have been witnessing lately, and now drought fears are pushing futures prices for spring wheat quite a bit higher… The US Drought Monitor shows around 70 percent of North Dakota in “extreme drought” conditions, with most of the rest in the slightly less scary “severe drought” rating. As a result, the futures prices of both spring wheat and canola are at their highest in years, with traders expecting a lower harvest this year. Despite all of our advanced technology, farmers can’t grow crops if it doesn’t rain, and a farmer in Texas named Blake Fennell says that his farm has not had any significant rain in almost two years… The West Texas farmer says his area hasn’t seen significant rain fall in nearly two years. “We’ve still got to give that crop every chance we think we can get, but at the same time, we also can’t waste a lot of money on a crop that we don’t think we’re going to have going into it,” he says. Right now, nearly the entire state of Texas is in some level of drought, and we haven’t even gotten to the summer months yet. To call this a “plague” would be a major understatement. On the border of Oregon and California, farmers just learned that water levels are so low that they will only get “a tiny fraction of the water they need” in 2021… Hundreds of farmers who rely on a massive irrigation project that spans the Oregon-California border learned recently they will get a tiny fraction of the water they need amid the worst drought in decades, as federal regulators attempt to balance the needs of agriculture against federally threatened and endangered fish species that are central to the heritage of several tribes.

Oregon’s governor said the prolonged drought in the region has the “full attention of our offices,” and she is working with congressional delegates, the White House and federal agencies to find relief for those affected. Do you think that you could run a successful farm under such conditions? Elsewhere in California, water allocation reductions of up to 95 percent are forcing many farmers to make some exceedingly heartbreaking decisions… Drought conditions are already forcing Valley farmers to make difficult decisions when it comes to their crops as many are facing severe water restrictions. “There’s districts throughout California that have experienced up to 95% reductions in water,” says Fresno County Farm Bureau CEO Ryan Jacobsen. U.S. food production will be down in 2021, but if sufficient rain starts falling in the western U.S. we could still see a miracle. But if enough rain does not fall, we are going to see epic crop failures. Meanwhile, it is being projected that the drought will cause the water level in Lake Mead to soon fall to the lowest level ever recorded… Wracked by drought, weather modification and overuse, a key reservoir on the Colorado River could sink to historically low levels later this year, new U.S. government projections show, potentially triggering significant water cutbacks in some states as early as next year. The projections released by the US Bureau of Reclamation show that Lake Mead, the largest reservoir in the country and a vital water supply to millions across the Southwest, could fall later this year to its lowest levels since it was filled in the 1930s. If you live anywhere in the western half of the country, you should brace yourself for severe water restrictions. And all of us need to brace ourselves for much higher prices at the grocery store. For decades, the western half of the country was blessed with unusually high levels of rainfall, but that wasn’t going to last forever. Now Dust Bowl conditions have returned, and farmers, ranchers and local authorities are starting to panic. As this megadrought continues to intensify, life is going to dramatically change in the western half of the nation, and that is going to deeply affect all of us.
