Trump commemorates Ashli Babbitt's birthday: 'We must all demand justice'

Former President Trump spoke at the Ashli Babbitt birthday commemoration via pre-recorded video: "Her memory will live on in our hearts for all time."

"There was no reason Ashli should have lost her life that day. We must all demand justice for Ashli and her family," Trump said.

Babbitt was killed by Capitol Police Lt. Michael Byrd while she was attempting to climb through a broken doorway window and into the Speaker's Lobby during the riots at the Capitol earlier this year.

This was truly the key point in this sentence "she was attempting to climb through a broken doorway window and into the Speaker's Lobby during the riots at the Capitol."

She was an unarmed woman Ron. Byrd is a coward.

She was also in a secured area and was told to stand down and the rest is history.

Byrd is a coward and Babbitt is dead by her own actions.

There were two cops standing right next to Babbitt. Why didn't they just restrain her Ron?

Byrd decided to make an example of her, and you don't care. An unarmed female. Taken from her family unjustly, just as surely as my Andrew was taken from me by a murderer. But this cop has gotten off scot free.

MY REPLY: That is a good question but from reports, Babbitt was given an order while at gunpoint, and she failed to reply and that action cost her, her life.

The question should be: Why was Babbitt at the siege of The U.S. Capital Building in the first place using force to break in, Steve? It really sounds like she was a part of the insurrectionist, performing her orders from TRUMP.

Let's just see what you say the next time it happens to an unarmed colored man who is told to stand down and he doesn't. I just want to see what you say then. Especially if the cop is unilaterally cleared by her fellow cops. Can you think of such a case Ron? That's what I thought.

So, after all this time and After Trump’s so-called evidence was thrown out of 63 US courts as incredible but yet you still believe Trump’s BIG LIE.

Only in your mind that Ashli Babbitt is a martyr, Steve. You can't even tell me or the people here on Black In America, what was she fighting for Steve? Why didn't Ashli Babbitt failed to obey orders from The U.S. Capital Police after she broke through a glass window? If that's what you call a martyr, that is out of the normal qualities of a Martyr.
