Marcia and Millie Biggs looked identical when they were born in July 2006.
..parents Amanda and Michael noticed some interesting changes taking place.
Millie's skin and hair grew darker, and they thought the same would happen to Marcia.
Marcia has a light complexion and golden hair like her mother,
Millie inherited her dad's brown skin and dark curly hair.
Other than that, their physical appearances are incredibly similar
