O wow sounds like the government is truly trying to progress to a communist structure. I don't feel the problem is going to end by trying to monitor the kids in these situations because the parents are the ones who are abusing the kids. I think mentorship and role models can and will influence the younger generations but it has to be the right people with the right intent. I am not comfortable with the government trying to so closely control our youth. They have already provided a poor school system and trying to take God of the picture in the process. That spells doom! But it doesn't look bright when a young child is going to be controlled by the government. I don't like it at all!
