parents working from home

i work with an internet home-based business that has a goal to have as many parents as possible working from home and being able to spend more time with their kids while creating income.

anyone out there who is currently doing this, please blog me with some tips on how you're managing your time between working at home and taking care of the kids. i know a lot of parents would love to try this for themselves.
