Wake Up America!!!!

The news media seems to be oblivious to what their job is. They have taken this silly lipstick remark and are treating this like it has some validity as a real issue. It is insulting to most people thinking people and dangerous for those who don't think!

America better wake up and get serious about what is happening here. If you truly believe in Mc Cain, then by all means vote for him. If you believe in Obama, vote for him, but don't go for the bait. These are serious times and we deserve serious answers to our problems. We really need to stay with the real issues, the economy, the war, education, healthcare, and the prices of food and gas.

This fake s*xism is far less important than how stupid these people think small town Americans are. The Republicans are masterful at feeding us deceptive information and moving the agenda to the ridiculous, but let's not forget that it is all American people who are paying more at the pumps, living without healthcare, worrying about our job stability, and running the risk of leaving a horrible future for our under-educated children and grandchildren! This is serious business. Stick to real issues and stop feeding this B.S. to the American people.

I think you are dead on target when you say wake up about the issues, it's not about a lipstick smear that the McCain champaign is trying to use to get votes. but american voters should be able to look through the madness and the issue that's before us. I really hope the american people wise up and not vote just because of Palin and not the issues. LadyFaye

Barbara, the funny thing is that Keith O. on MSNNBC played clips of John McCain using the same phrase as early as May of this year. Ha Ha. Funny stuff. Then McCain said in a interview today, he is disappointed at Obama for saying it. McCain got exposed, big time. The lipstick comment by Obama is a non-starter, for me anyway.
