African American voter registration rising
As one who is giving a voter registration drive in my town this upcoming weekend this story made me smile. Although 8 million African Americans were said not to be registered in recent reports a lot is being done at a grassroots level to rectify that problem. A lot of that work is being done by community organizers. You know the people the Republican Party has no respect for as shown at the recent GOP convention. I know of a group of felonies who are organized and helping other felonies correct their records...to be able to vote....and they aren't on the polling lists we see on TV. This election will be a landslide for Obama....the sleeping giant appears to be fully awake.
