Experience is a Non-Issue.
According to the constitution of the United States of America states that the only requirement for President is to be 35 or older and a native born American Citizen.
This youth and experience issue are only for those who don't want to deal with the real policy issues. It's about who is going to best serve your community. It just that simple.
The only person with Experience for the President is someone who has been President. You may have had similar jobs but you wouldn't have experience until you have done that job.

IMMHO, I beg to differ. Although it is true you gain actual experience actually performing the job, you need proper preparation to understand what you will be doing, how you willl approach it fundamentally, and why you should be doing it.
Historically, traditionally, one became an apprentice before the big boom of colleges. The apprentice studied under the actual performer and learned the ropes. Over the course of time, that apprentice incorporated his/her own talents to improve upon the trade and then either took over or branched out on his or her own.
Thus, IMMHO, unless one has the formal education suitable for the task, they should opt to be an apprentice and be trained. In this election, I will carve out Palin in my scenario and say that she could benefit from several years as an apprentice in the arena of congress, since she does not have the formal education. Then she could take over the oval office or, branch out on her own with her own country!
