Tieuel Legacy I don't see what the problem is. If you don't like an artist, don't buy the MP3. If you don't like the actor, don't see their movie (not even on bootleg). If you don't like the posts, just skip em. You probably won't like most of the blogs. Just keep it moving. That might be their release. If you know how, then get at it. You claim to be an artist, if they don't like your work, they won't buy if or, if you are fortunate, change the station. Your lack of class only let's me know that your work is something I don't need to listen to. And with your echo, (Williams) he is as clueless as you are. You both need to wake up and realize that your opinion, which you are entitled to, could have, and should have been kept to yourself. Dr. S. Maxwell Hines Professor at Winston Salem State University I believe that everyone has the right to post what they want in a blog, just as everyone has the right not to read it. I find being pitched "business opportunities" from members seeking friendship just as annoying as you seem to find A Friend Katherine's blogs. I suggest you do what I do and not read them. No need to spread any more negativity; there is more than enough to go around in this world. Maurice Bogarty University of Kentucky class of 1988 I think this is the problem with black America, what might seem non-sense to you might not be non-sense to others. Black America has change directions in this past year’s election, in which I was a field organizer for the Obama campaign and will be attending his ball. I witness this type of reactions across America. We must stop attacking each other and start embracing and healing. It was once said, "That black people are like crabs in a pot; they keep pulling each other down". This is what I think you have done in this post. If a person want to post blogs about inspirational things that might be beneficial to someone who just might be down while on this site, then let it be. I believe each person has a thought or expression they want to get through in their own way. My brother and sister we must stop this non-sense about who is posting the most blogs or who is posting the best blogs of importance and think about what we need to achieve in this upcoming year. Sister Katherine keep doing what you do, I for one don't see anything wrong with what you are doing. Hey it’s the holiday season and for me a great season to thank God almighty for allowing me to be part of history and see my people which is Black America, going forward in this upcoming year. A personal attack grabs more attention than the contributios of thoughtful conributors. In reality, we all are thoughful contributors. But somehow, a food fight in the cafeteria turns into a bigger deal than what's good on the menu. I have left some forums and blog sites because of the spread of the personal attacks. I don't recall this site belonging to any one person for one and two when did those with the ignorant comments become the slave masters of the thoughts and minds of others. We all have choices to look at and read any of the blogs that are posted on this site, do like most, including myself pick and choose which ones you want to read. This is not a competition and to assume that this woman is interested in being at the top of some list is making an assumption. I could say that this so called blog of yours is and just about every other post that you make is crap and some kindergarten mess, but you are entitled to your opinions, but to out right insult this woman shows the lack of respect that you have for yourself. Your attitude that you have displayed on many occassions is indicative of how you actually feel about yourself and it is that venon that you sprew at others. I will pray that the almighty will release you from the level of pain you are obviously in and help you to learn to be more of a loving person by learning to love yourself more.
