He should use his popularity to help elect someone who have the governmental experience and the willpower and even an iron hand to run the government and help improve the economic and corruptions issues the country heavily deals with. Richard Kigel teacher, writer at Philosophy Day School EVery single point Omosede, Clark and Irma made were excellent. You all may be right. But... Who else can do the job? Clearly, Haiti is crying out for leadership. I mean real leadership--not line your pockets and your families pockets leadership. He seems to be committed to real help. It is true that he has no executive experience wahtsoever and Omosede made the great point that he had problems running his charities. But he is in a position to employ people who are smart, experienced and just as committed as he is. So...we'll see. It may turn out to be diasatrous--I don't know how it can be any more disastrous that all the previous regimes put together. But he gives people something few political leaders can--HOPE. If the people of Haiti choose him, it will certainly be an awesome responsibility for him. We will all be praying that he is up to it. Friday, August 6th 2010 at 5:49PM
