Right or Priviledge? The Truth About The Black Vote........

The stipulation is this has to be signed by the President every 25 years, for renewal. It isn't written into law as it is for the "Average American Citizen," so the question is: Do we have a right to vote? or is it a priviledge? Will the next President in 25 years sign it? What does this mean to you? Especially as we are spreading "Democracy" all through out the middle east? Yeah, every so often I ponder on that situation. I do not think its a right because it wasn't justly implemented. If it was justice, Negroes wouldn't need the signature of a President every 25 years. Equality isn't serve in this case because "Average American Citizens" can vote without needing a renewal. So I guess we have the RIGHT to vote, 25 years at a time. A priviledge is something you can enjoy, as long as you conform to rules of the authority. We do a good job of that by serving the Democratic Party so faithfully and the Republican Party for that matter. Now, once we start breaking the mental chains and start our own political party, than we will see a President not sign that voting rights law for the next 25 years. Right now we don't have to worry about our voting rights because WE drank the American Dream coolaid.
