When will we learn?
The criminalization of the Black Population is increasing daily. Yet we walk around in a state of denial. Last night I was at a money mixer and we had a very educational speaker.
He talked about the Miranda Rights. You know, you hear them on all the Cop TV Shows and Movies. But he brought up a great point. "If you don't have anyone to enforce your rights it's like you don't have them."
How many times have you heard the stories of our youth coerced into giving confessions for crimes they didn't commit? How many times have we heard about out youth going to jail for being in the wrong place at the wrong time? How many of youth have copped a plea because they didn't have access to quality legal counsel.
Most of us go to attorneys at law as a last resort. The speaker tonight talked about what rich people do is pay for the second part of what lawyers do, "Provide legal council." How many times have you been treated unfairly? What did you do about?
How many time could you have made a better decision if you had just been able to get on the phone and contact qualified legal counsel? It seems so simple, but the reason rich people continue to get rich and stay rich is because the seek advice from qualified source.
The point is that we need to make sure that our youth have the best chance possible when dealing with the legal system. The way the economy is going, they are really looking to send people into slave camps and serfdom. Arming our youth with the proper tools to face challenges of today is no longer a luxury, it is a necessity.

You know that what you are saying is nonsense. You and I talked over a year ago and I told you that Black Americans permanent solution is that we desire to become a sovereign people on a portion of this continent that we could call our very own country with borders. We must have the reign of our destiny in our own hands, which is greater than prepaid legal services.
You are as much Black America’s problems as White America’s system is, because of your ignorance as, am I right.
If we could become a sovereign people overnight we would not have to worry about the Miranda rights, now would we.
So the question becomes, when you will learn.
