Hello,
Is White America’s Declaration of Independence a document that spells out ownership to the real estate of what young America was 300 years ago by the 13 colonies?
The 13 colonies were declaring their independence from King George III.
Am I wrong to believe that this document, the Declaration of Independence in essence is the same as a deed, car registration or your child’s birth certificate?
For instance, your child’s birth certificate tells a third-party that the child on that certificate belongs to you and your signature validates the understanding, am I right. I am saying that to say that there were 56 White men signatories that validated the real estate of young America now belongs to the 13 colonies.
In other words, the 13 colonies are putting King George III on notice that the real estate of what America was 300 years ago no longer belongs to King George III. That the young country now belongs to the 13 colonies and that is my position of the essence of White America’s Declaration of Independence.
If any of you all disagree then tell me what White America’s Declaration of Independence is.
Tell me what you think.
Hello Clark,
Clark, the difference between the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution is this. The Declaration of Independence is directly addressing King George III of England while the Constitution is addressing the sovereign citizens concerning how their newly acquired sovereign country is going to operate.
Let me make it simpler for you. At one time, the territory of America a little over 300 years ago was the sovereign territory of England. As time passed English people traveled from England to this new world and settled there. As more time passed it came a time since the English population had grown tremendously they decided it was time that they became independent from England. They wanted to be a sovereign nation. Therefore, as they declared their intentions of independence to King George III simultaneously they were telling King George III that what was once England’s sovereign territory now belongs to the 13 colonies. Am I making any sense with you?
What you do not realize Clark is that you are not on the same page as what the Declaration of Independence is that I am explaining to you.
Clark, to declare independence it implies that another entity (England) owns what you are occupying (the real estate of America). Does that make any sense to you? Therefore, when you declare your independence simultaneously you are telling that other entity the territory you are occupying that once belongs to that entity is now yours.
Consequentially, the document of the Declaration of Independence with the 56 signatories is a deed document that puts all the other country or notice that the real estate of America the 13 colonists owns. Likewise, on a lower scale the deed to your house and property puts all other neighbors on notice that your house and property is yours and there is be no trust passing. However, with a country it is different. The sovereign country is putting other countries on notice that the 13 colonies have air space, land borders and ocean space.
You are not stretching your mind to the point that you could understand what I am saying. You are too busy criticizing and trying to make me look stupid when God has made me very wise since I am Black America’s first genuine prophet.
So, you are not on the same page as the Declaration of Independence is. You are on the page of the Constitution in your house deed, which is nothing to the landmass of a country. You ought to keep the Constitution and Declaration of Independence separate since they are two different documents, okay.
Tell me what you think.
