(OTFL) UP DATE FROM THE LAND OF FRUITS AND NUTS...STUDENTS & TEACHERS HAVE MOVED THEIR CLASS' TO OUR STATE

"NORMAL" people would call what thee students are doing : protesting, sit ins, civil disobedience for what they will be doing at the capitol all week( Friday will be like in the middle-east the biggest gathering day of the week) but since this is the land of fruits and nuts, it is called a change of seanery to get rid of the spring depression of sitting in a stuffy old class room on these beautiful sunny 78-80 degree days. lol

ONLY IN CALIFORNIA...(smile)

It is just too bad the national news did not cover the student's at UC Berkeley striped down to wearing signs saying stop stripping my education, rights and other cute things to describe being naked, because the cutting much needed classes and raises of turion means they will not be able to finish college.(rotfl) (smile)

..our former governor in doing one of his powerful politicians a favor broke the law...

when leaving office he as our governor can over rule some laws...well he cut his friend's son's prison sentance (for helping kill a youth) in half as his last act in the governor's office...

but as no man is above teh law he broke the law...by law, before doing something like this he was to have told the faimly of the dead male youth about what he planned to do...HE DID NOT DO THIS LEGAL REQUIRED STEP..oh thefamily is going to sue him and he and everyone knows and has been expecting it...it is just the faimly have not made up their mind if it will be filed in civil court or criminal court. (smile)
