Mental health issues can strike when one least expects it like it did me with the 2001 World Trade Center Attacks and like it did with those folk in Charleston at Mother Emanuel so it's important to advocate that ppl seek treatment sooner than later. In 1996 when my brother tragically passed away, it was a combination of pastoral care and professional care that got me through that ordeal so I'm for both interventions ( spiritual & professional ) as I rely on them still to this day!
