I am a holistic health specialist, and the mother of 11 beautiful children (9 of which I have adopted). I have also had the pleasure of speaking in predominate churches/houses of God and I spoke to quite a few predominate mayors and councilpersons. I am concerned about Black America because our people need healing naturally. Since they are sick from the crowns of their head to the soles of their feet. Our people consume too much pork, beef, fried foods, and sugar. Frequent consumption of these items is affecting the quality of our mental state as well as our physical state. During slavery, our ancestors had no choice other than to eat these foods or starve to death. Today, our nutritional diet is so poor and we are so lost that we had to be taught proper nutrition all over again.
Obviously teaching Black people--who are the Mothers and Fathers of Civilization--about proper nutrition, has not won me many supporters so far. In fact, the knowledge has alienated me from my family and past friends and my only support is from the Creator, my husband, and my children. I do have a plan, however, and I am working it daily, so they may hopefully change their eating habits before it is too late. Especially the young people. I am not what many would consider social media savvy, but I am a very dedicated individual willing to share my vast knowledge of natural healing, medical astrology (how your zodiac/birth sign can be the key to your health), proper dietary eating habits, and much more. Feel free to email me at sisterjuanita@yahoo.com regarding your health questions or concerns. |

Greetings Sister, what an interesting profile detailing some of your background! Obesity is at an all time high, especially in the Black community. Our brothers and sisters love to eat the forbidden swine so much it is hard to change that mentality. But if they do, our community will change almost overnight with eating the proper foods.
