Over 14 years ago, I moved to the city of Atlanta, Georgia, addicted to both drugs and alcohol. I now have over 14 years being clean and serene. I am a minister, community leader and organizer and vice president of L.O.V.E. Inc a non-profit organization supporting run aways LGBT youths. I am a Microsoft profession (MSCE and MCP), web master, and currently work as an EDI specialist.
I sponsor men and women in the 12-Step program for recovery from drugs and alcohol. I am a life coach. I have worked with many Afro-American males and females counseling, educating and encouraging them to set their goals and develop plans to meet them. I am also a spiritual advisor and enjoy an active ministry helping people to connect to a higher power and draw from the strengths of a strong one on one relationship with that power, themselves and others. I personally love the Lord Jesus and try to live a life that lets the world know I am a Christian. I love my family, my community, and my people. I am a single, black male and same gender loving.

Hey, I totally agree, do you think that awareness assesment is the first step. Next is education outreach to build families. Then getting families united with families across the nation? Do you think now is the time to move? Do you think you can make a difference? Tagged by Harold Causey on 07/28/2008 |
