Peace, to ALL my beautiful Brothers and Sisters.
We have most definitely changed the course of what some perceive as history last week. With it brings new responsibilities. Just because the election is over, doesn't mean our work is done. We must not stop blogging, teaching, volunteering, or whatever meaningful talents we are blessed with.
I have have been reading some wonderful, thought provoking writings from some very wise and spiritually guided people via this platform (community and blog sites). I have gotten so many ideas on how I can best use my talents to help and enlighten others (as you all have done for me). I have also been gently tapped on my hands because my thoughts may not agree with some of you, but isn't that what a real family does? I make a mistake or post something that may not make sense to you, you tell me.
Now that the election is over, I plan to "do" more. We talk a lot, which is all good, but I am about results. So, I plan, starting next year (because I have to save some money) to be out there doing more. Maybe one day I can go to Cuba (like Marta plans to do). Maybe I can volunteer in Mexico, or help drive businesses here to our city, our neighborhoods that will help employ more people in Dayton. We have so many buildings here that have been empty for years. Or, maybe I will open a business and employ others myself (I don't know how, but will learn). He he, I teach and lead my employees (and teams all over the USA) to collect monies from health insurance companies at work, would others find this talent useful?
Please share what you are doing in your city. There is a lot of us here and good ideas must be shared.
