The answer to your question is no. It was done in hopes that the truth was not going to come out, but they were wrong and now millions of people have seen that officer murder and un-armed man in cold blood. My question is: What did the officers say to the other men that were right there? Are they going to be paid to keep their mouths shut? Especially the gentleman that was on his knees being cuffed at the time. He truly had a front row seat and could clearly hear everything.

Police are illegal taking witnesses cameras because they show the actual evil deeds of racist officer murdering an unarmed suspect in cold blood. Used to be police could only use deadly force when a suspect posed a lethal threat nowadays police kill blacks and no lethal weapon was ever possessed by the suspect. In such case as no lethal weapon found white racist police officers claimed the suspect was still combative and thus posed a lethal threat but clearly in the outright murder of Oscar Grant there was no such event. Ocar was turtle belly on the floor with is hands behind his back and 3 white police officers beating him and with his hands behind his back. Then one of the officers the one in custody stood up and drew his weapon and shot Oscar Grant in the back. The video just shows this as cleary a case of homocide no amount of angry words from Oscar Grant could have provoked an officer to draw his weapon and shot a suspect laying on the ground getting beat with 2 officers holding him down already. None.
