It covers the largest organ on our bodies and it dominates 12 centers in the brain stem. My question is, what is the purpose of the Melanin in our skin, eyes, ears and brain?
All that I've heard in the media is that it protects us from the harmful rays (radiation) of the sun? What have you heard and or what have you learned about it?
