I think these young black men should be part of the new black role models. These young black American men are the best of class protecting the future of all Americans. Support the war or not - I say this is an example of excellence in the black community.

Hello Mr. Weston,
You said this, “I think these young black men should be part of the new black role models. These young black American men are the best of class protecting the future of all Americans.”
If you substituted Black Americans for the Hebrew people and Egypt for the United States of America how would it appeal to you to hear a Hebrew say to his people that the Hebrews in Pharaoh’s army should be there role models? I would consider you the dumbest Hebrew that ever lived and please take no offense.
Now, what if Black Americans were a sovereign people on a portion of this continent that we could call our very own country with borders, we would be in a position to have our own compatible West Point, am I right. Then you, Mr. Weston could encourage our youths to follow in the footsteps of our graduating West Point cadets. I would say to you, Mr. Weston that you are doing well for your people.
In addition, suppose through the years our West Point surpassed White America’s West Point, would that be an achievement for Black Americans that were once White America’s slaves? Of course, it would be a very great achievement. I would see you as a Black man with a Black mind.
The mind that you have is leading our youths psychologically, insidiously and ignorantly away from self-esteem and self-fulfillment. In other words, we could never be White. West Point is a White thing. We must make our own way.
Tell me what you think.
