With the exception of a handful of issues, Obama extended a cooperative hand to the newly emboldened GOP, and suggested a willingness to compromise on everything from tax cuts to energy policy to provisions of his health care law."

The American population is getting older. President Obama must do something to regain confidence among America's seniors. Government control mixed with an increase in paperwork for seniors to fill out scares them. Efforts to recapture the senior vote will help.
