Fact: 1 out of 3 Americans On Average Will Die From Cardiovascular Disease
Fact: 1 out of 3 Americans on average will die from cardiovascular disease, that’s over 900.000 people a year and 2,500 people per day. Now! For many of those people who will die from a heart attack or stroke will not suffer any symptoms of this disease, that’s why Doctors call it the “Silent Killer.”
Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol is just a few of the diseases that are at an all time high, it is an epidemic in our nation also. People are suffering disease like, Obesity, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Allergies, Auto Immune Diseases, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s and Depression, these diseases are brought on by our modern demands of the environment today. Many of us have jobs for 8 to 10 hours day in the office, behind desk, on the phone or behind key boards which we are not getting the opportunity to exercise properly.
Think about it, what is your lifestyle like? Are you getting enough sleep in your life? How are your stress levels? Do you eat enough fruits and vegetable? Do you drink enough water or get that exercise? I really hope that you do but if you are like more people, chances are that you are not nearly getting enough of a good diet in your life and you are stress out to the max.
So, what my wife and I want to talk about today is hope and the ability to overcome these challenges and bring back health, to bring back the vitality to the human body.
