1. That Hillary Clinton and her campaign in 2008 started the birther talk, The Birther movement which that claim was rated false on the politifact Truth-O- Meter.

2. As far as Trump finished it, that was rated PANTS ON FIRE on the politifact Truth-O- Meter.

I haven't yet found any of Bernie's comments on birtherism prior to the 2015 Trump campaign, but I did find this.

In 2011, Sanders called for a primary challenge to Obama, saying: “I think one of the reasons the president has been able to move so far to the right is that there is no primary opposition to him… I think it would be a good idea if President Obama faced some primary opposition.”

How many years that Bernie has not changed his convictions? Find me something earlier than when he denounced Trump for not denouncing the Trump supporter who shouted out Obama was a Muslim. I'd love to see you do that Ron.

Now when I saw The Trump family leave, they did not seem very happy but when I saw the Clinton family leave, they looked very happy about the performance of Hilary Clinton tonight.
