SOMETIMES

PoLice seem like they another countries Army.....................

PoLice seem like they GET PAID by another country..............

PoLice seem like they answer to other than city tax payers.....

I agree for the National Guard to RELIEVE these kind of PoLice........

In fact LIKE Reagan

.....all PoLice Departments that do not SERVE and ANSWER to the COMMUNITIES they are PAID ... SHOULD be FIRED and NATIONAL GUARD should REPLACE them.......

.....START with CHIRAQ......
