Investigators found 650,000 emails on a laptop that they believe was used by former Rep. Ms. Abedin has said she did not routinely delete emails, and people close to her said she did not know these emails were on Mr. Weiner’s computers. It is not clear how they got there, but it is possible they were automatically backed up.

Your second link just confirms what I just said to you, so keep your powered dry. From what I saw in both your links, is that Comey may have jumped the gun by writing and sending a very vague letter to congress about Emails on someone's computer, other then Hillary Clinton's .
