There were no lies in Trump's statement. There was no effect on the election results, and the RNC was not hacked.

That is the LIE. The report purpose was to determine if Russia was involved in the hacks and not if there was any effects on the election. If you think it was, show that in the report on your next reply, can you do that?

Number 2 is actually two lies rolled into one.

Donald Trump did not say "this report concluded" nor did he say "no impact on the election". He did say "no impact on the outcome of the election". Going back to Rachel's first lie, Donald Trump did not say "learned in the briefing".
