Washington (CNN)The American Health Care Act is out of the House. The action now moves to the Senate, where President Donald Trump's attempt to overhaul the health care system faces a far more perilous fate.

The focus will be almost entirely on the Republican side as Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell tries to craft a bill that can win the votes of 50 of the 52 GOPers. (It's hard to see -- at least right now -- any Democrat voting for any sort of health care bill.)

Here's an example of CNN FAKE NEWS omission:

Sen. Jon Tester (D-Mont.) said Thursday that he is open to repealing and replacing ObamaCare even as his party's leadership demands that Republicans drop their effort to nix former President Barack Obama's signature healthcare law.

"It needs to be improved. It hasn't been improved. We can either work to improve that or repeal it and replace it with something better. I'm open to either one," Tester, who is up for reelection in a state won by President Trump, told Fox News.

Then you see that statement CNN made the day AFTER Tester said he was open to repeal and replace. And if you go to the link I gave you will see Tester had said the same thing to CNN in March.

Steve Williams Sunday, May 7th 2017 at 10:08AM

Tester has previously signaled that he would be open to repealing ObamaCare depending on the replacement plan, telling CNN in March that "if the replacement increases access and affordability, you're darn right, I'll be there."
