I have yet to hear any of the so-called experts discern the point of this tweet. President Trump is once again holding Comey to account for the FBI leaks of classified information.

Dea. Ron Gray Sr. Sunday, May 14th 2017 at 3:40PM

Trump himself said that that he don't want to talk about that but here's what Trump tweeted: “James Comey better hope there are no “TAPES” of our conversation before he goes leaking to the press!”

The Trump administration told the press that Comey was fired because of the way he handled the Clinton E-mail case. Now Steven, I remembered asked you earlier in the week, do you believe that and you never did acknowledge that you believed that.

Now, Trump want to get rid of press briefings all together because he feels that the press is unfair. WOW!!!

Now also in this report reflex’s on Trump’s dealing with the Russia’s saying: “With a few exception… Your tax returns do not reflect any income of any type from Russian sources…” What in the world does “ With a few exception… mean?

In this report Trump never mentioned anything about holding Comey to account for the FBI leaks of classified information. Trump was looking for a oath of loyalty to him and not the law or the country.

James Comey better hope that there are no "tapes" of our conversations before he starts leaking to the press!

The key words are "before he starts leaking to the press!" Sally Yates testified on Monday that the FBI had leaked the name of Mike Flynn. The next day, Tuesday, Comey was fired. Duh.

And watch something besides MSNBC.

MAY 8, 2017
Russian Interference in 2016 Election Former Acting Attorney General Sally Yates and Former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper testified at a Senate subcommittee hearing on Russian interference in the 2016 election. Ms. Yates told lawmakers she raised concerns with the White House about former Trump administration National Security Adviser Michael Flynn being susceptible to a potential blackmail by Russia. She said no evidence had yet been found of collusion between Donald Trump associates and Russian officials. Ms. Yates in her testimony also explained her conclusion that President Trump’s executive order on immigration and refugees was unlawful. She was fired as acting attorney general for refusing to enforce the order.

Any FBI Director that leaks information about an ongoing investigation should be held accountable.

Steve Williams Monday, May 15th 2017 at 7:03AM

Why did the FBI talk to Sally Yates about the Flynn interview on January 24, when now four months later the investigation is still ongoing. As Auntie Maxine would say, it doesn't pass the smell test.

Dea. Ron Gray Sr. Monday, May 15th 2017 at 8:18AM

This blog is about the firing of James Comey and thee new self-inflicted wounds that the president is doing to his own self and the way you want to keep changing the subject, Rep. Maxine Waters, D-Calif., got it right, it doesn't pass the smell test.
