Reporter Joyce Karam pointed out on Twitter Saturday that no first lady (including Barbara Bush, Laura Bush, Hillary Clinton and Obama) wore a head scarf in Saudi Arabia. Both first lady Melania and Trump's daughter Ivanka, who has an office in the White House, chose to not wear scarves.

But Obama was still praised by some for her choice in 2015. The Washington Post, running a piecetitled "Make no mistake: Michelle Obama just made a bold political statement in Saudi Arabia," argued the first lady sent a message to a society where women live under "system of male guardianship."

That is right but did you see what Trump was saying? Back then, I guess he didn't get the memo but with that said, The Trump supporters eat that BULL💩UP!!!

Steve Williams Tuesday, May 23rd 2017 at 9:33PM

"Two years ago Donald Trump, then just a reality TV star with political ambitions, decided to tweet about the First Lady Michelle Obama's decision to not wear a head scarf during a trip to Saudi Arabia."

It's not Trump supporters that are OBSESSED with old Trump tweets.

Dea. Ron Gray Sr. Tuesday, May 23rd 2017 at 11:14PM

Trump came from a place of Ignorance, inexperience, Illiteracy, unfamiliarly and blindness of what the leader of The Free World is expected to carrier himself. Now you see how thoughtless, imprudent, ill-advised, senseless, unwise and just plain stupid Trump was just two years ago as reality TV star with political ambitions, he was, which attracted many of his supports today.

Trump was the darling of the "T" Party then, as well.

Steve Williams Wednesday, May 24th 2017 at 7:19AM

I don't think you know who Trump supporters are Ron. I knew only the name Trump until his announcement to run. I'd never even heard of Celebrity Apprentice.

Dea. Ron Gray Sr. Wednesday, May 24th 2017 at 8:22AM

Steven, your doctrine is libertarianism is that right? Ron Paul and is son Rand Paul who your supported That believes that the Libertarian Party is a political party in the United States that promotes civil liberties, non-interventionism, laissez-faire capitalism and the abolition of the welfare state.

I am sure yo heard of the "T" Party haven't you? The Tea Party movement is an American political movement known for its conservative positions and its role in the Republican Party.

Just another group within The Republican Party and these people saw Donald Trump was their guy.

Steve Williams Wednesday, May 24th 2017 at 9:55AM

If you say so Ron. As you said, I'm Libertarian not Tea Party.

Steve Williams Wednesday, May 24th 2017 at 9:57AM

And the moment I became a Trump supporter was when I determined he wasn't really a Republican.

Steve Williams Wednesday, May 24th 2017 at 9:58AM

Nor a Conservative.

Dea. Ron Gray Sr. Wednesday, May 24th 2017 at 10:47AM

Libertarians and the Tea Party are factions of the extreme right and their is not o much difference in the two.

Steve Williams Wednesday, May 24th 2017 at 11:04AM

We Libertarians are first and foremost against the two-party system. We are not a faction of the right. We are against the criminalization of drugs for instance. That can hardly be classified as right wing.

Dea. Ron Gray Sr. Wednesday, May 24th 2017 at 11:34AM

Steven this is what I based my opinion of what a Right-libertarianism (or right-wing libertarianism) on.

I refer to libertarian political philosophies that advocate negative rights, natural law, and a radical reversal of the modern welfare state. The Right of a libertarians strongly support private property rights, and defend unequal "distribution" of natural resources and private property.

Steven a libertarian position is contrasted with that of some versions of left-libertarianism, which maintain that natural resources belong to everyone in some egalitarian manner, either unowned or owned collectively. within the libertarian party as both a Left and a Right side but for the sake of this discussion, I will focus on the way I see you as, which is a Right- libertarianism or Libertarians.

Oh by the way, I really don't care if you smoke weed or not, that is your business.

The Right-libertarianism includes anarcho-capitalism and laissez-faire, minarchist liberalism.

Steve Williams Wednesday, May 24th 2017 at 12:04PM

Read the Libertarian platform. We're an actual political party.

Steve Williams Wednesday, May 24th 2017 at 12:08PM

As Libertarians, we seek a world of liberty; a world in which all individuals are sovereign over their own lives and no one is forced to sacrifice his or her values for the benefit of others.
We believe that respect for individual rights is the essential precondition for a free and prosperous world, that force and fraud must be banished from human relationships, and that only through freedom can peace and prosperity be realized.
Consequently, we defend each person’s right to engage in any activity that is peaceful and honest, and welcome the diversity that freedom brings. The world we seek to build is one where individuals are free to follow their own dreams in their own ways, without interference from government or any authoritarian power.
In the following pages we have set forth our basic principles and enumerated various policy stands derived from those principles.
These specific policies are not our goal, however. Our goal is nothing more nor less than a world set free in our lifetime, and it is to this end that we take these stands.

Steve Williams Wednesday, May 24th 2017 at 12:18PM

On the subject of head covering though, that came up again at the Holy See.

Dea. Ron Gray Sr. Wednesday, May 24th 2017 at 12:34PM

Great points but we both know that Right wing-libertarianism have never been practiced any where in the history of the world. I can remember when Left wing-libertarianism was tried and was fairly successful in the short-term in places like Russia during there Civil War. no right-wing libertarianism come to mind.

As you can see Steven, libertarianism don't have a chance here in The United States of America judging by Rand Paul poor performance in his last run for the presidency. WOW!

Dea. Ron Gray Sr. Wednesday, May 24th 2017 at 12:51PM

YOUR WORDS: On the subject of head covering though, that came up again at the Holy See. On to the subject of women covering up there heads and the hypocrisy of Donald Trump slamming Michelle Obama for not wearing a headscarf over her head. Now that Trump is president, guess what happened , the first lady or his daughter did the same thing, Trump criticized Michelle Obama of doing and that, is not where a headscarf.

Is that HYPOCRISY or what?

Steve Williams Wednesday, May 24th 2017 at 2:10PM

A chance of what Ron?

Dea. Ron Gray Sr. Wednesday, May 24th 2017 at 3:32PM

The chance Of a libertarian being elected or Winning The office of the president of the united state. That is what I mean by having a chance.

Steve Williams Wednesday, May 24th 2017 at 5:53PM

We seized our chance and won with President Trump.

Trump is not a true libertarian he's not even a true Republican, as you can see there is a dark cloud hanging over his administration right now, from day one of his presidency this man has been under investigation. I believe that their is about three investigations going on at this moment. His healthcare bill you know, Trump care would drop 23 million American citizens off of Health care according to the CBO, Many of which are Trump supporters. No this bill is telling the American people that they get affordable healthcare on top of trumps budget. And this is what you calling Seizing our chance! Midterms in the house of representatives, is coming up real soon, it is time to take the house back.

Steve Williams Thursday, May 25th 2017 at 1:30AM

Whether Trump is a Libertarian or not, Libertarians didn't vote for Hillary.

Dea. Ron Gray Sr. Thursday, May 25th 2017 at 7:27AM

Now you libertarians are beginning to see the truth and are jumping off the Trump ship, like rats because that ship is sinking fast.

Those are not die-hard Trump supporters who is leaving Trump Steven, they are people like yourself. You will come to see that sooner or later that Trump is not for your cause at all.

Steve Williams Thursday, May 25th 2017 at 9:00AM

Trump's support is as strong as it's ever been. Your polls were wrong before the election and they're still wrong now.

Dea. Ron Gray Sr. Thursday, May 25th 2017 at 7:37PM

Sorry Steven but the latest survey by Quinnipiac has Trump approval rating at 37% and 59% of Americans say Trump is dishonest, 59% WOW!!! and you think Trump's support is as strong as it's ever been.

Here let me find another poll. President Trump and Vice President Pence are facing their lowest approval ratings since the inauguration, according to a new Fox News poll.

More than half of voters, 53 percent, disapprove of the job Trump is doing, compared to just 40 percent who approve. Pence's numbers are slightly higher, with a 42 percent approval rating and 43 percent disapproving.

facing their lowest approval ratings since the inauguration, according to a new Fox News poll.

Steve Williams Thursday, May 25th 2017 at 9:13PM

I know how much polls mean to you Ron.

Dea. Ron Gray Sr. Thursday, May 25th 2017 at 9:22PM

When FOX NEWS tells you that Trump is facing their lowest approval ratings since the inauguration, The News Media who made Trump and gave him free airtime, tells you these FACTS, believe them.

Steve Williams Thursday, May 25th 2017 at 9:48PM

Joe and Mika gave him far more free air time.

Dea. Ron Gray Sr. Thursday, May 25th 2017 at 9:54PM

Joe and Mika have a three hour show, Monday - Friday. FOX NEWS is 24 - 7 days week.

Who has more time to give, Steven?

Steve Williams Thursday, May 25th 2017 at 10:25PM

I watched Joe and Mika religiously back then. They were FAR ahead of Fox in giving Trump a platform.

Dea. Ron Gray Sr. Thursday, May 25th 2017 at 10:56PM

The question was: Joe and Mika have a three hour show, Monday - Friday. FOX NEWS is 24 - 7 days a week network.

Who has more time to give, Steven? Do you understand what 24 - 7 days a week mean?

Steve Williams Thursday, May 25th 2017 at 11:15PM

I understand that I watch Fox News FAR more than you do Ron.

Dea. Ron Gray Sr. Thursday, May 25th 2017 at 11:57PM

The question is: Joe and Mika have a three hour show, Monday - Friday. FOX NEWS is 24 - 7 days a week network.

Who has more time to give, Steven? Do you understand what 24 - 7 days a week mean?

Steve Williams Friday, May 26th 2017 at 12:43AM

Do you understand what it means Joe and Mika gave far more coverage to Trump than anyone else including Fox?

Dea. Ron Gray Sr. Friday, May 26th 2017 at 7:32AM

Which is more Steven 3 hours or 24 hours?

Which is more 5 days a week or 7 days a week?
