Parkland teacher says Officer Scot Peterson used as "scapegoat"

MS Douglas High teacher Felicia Burgin, who was in the building where the shooting took place, said she believes officer Scot Peterson she doesn't believe officer Scot Peterson would have been able to save any lives during the shooting. Instead, she says she believes he's being used as a scapegoat to distract from the larger.
