At around 5:30 Holder compares Barr to Ken Star. There is no comparison, which should be, to compare Mueller to Ken Star.

Excuse me, at 4:30.

What did the probe find, it ended up with 37 indictments, they certainly found -- The headline is that the campaign was not colluding with ussia. But I think it also found very significantly that the Russians in two ways tried to influence our election, both through the use of Social Media and through hacking.

Holder compares Barr to Ken Star is not the main issue of this report Steve, did you hear what Holder had to say about Russia's played in our elections?

Holder compares Barr to Ken Star is exactly the main issue.

How so?

Because Ken Star was not the AG and because Ken Star was subject to different rules than Mueller and Barr. Holder made his false comparison at the beginning of the interview and repeated this false comparison at the end of the interview. Not Ari nor Holder nor anyone else I've listened to has supplied any evidence that Mueller's report should be passed through to Congress without comment by Barr. No evidence has been produced that Barr not authorized to decide whether or not to bring a criminal charge of obstruction. That is in fact his job. No evidence has been produced that Barr, working in the Article 2 branch is required to help Congress, the Article 1 branch, IMPEACH the President. I know that you Ron are unable to show me that evidence.

I suggest you look in particular at 28 CFR § 600.4 - Jurisdiction.

Steve, the reason for the comparison between Ken Star and Mueller was because Ken Star set the precedence to why you can't read the Mueller Report today.

Attorney General William Barr may have written the epitaph of Robert Mueller’s investigation, but another conservative lawyer from the ‘90s put an unmistakable imprint on the probe into President Donald Trump: former independent counsel Ken Starr.

In 1998, Starr published his official report on former President Bill Clinton’s extramarital affair with White House intern Monica Lewinsky — chockfull of lurid detail about the couple’s s*xual relationship, including oral s*x in the Oval Office.

It was considered so explicit that it was dubbed a “voluminous work of demented pornography” by the writer Renata Adler. And it provoked such a severe backlash that it changed how American presidents get investigated — and itt's why you can't read the Mueller report. It also helped make sure Trump’s own attorney general got to make a ruling on his boss’s alleged obstruction of justice — before Congress could even review the evidence.

Starr’s report drifted so far from his original mandate, which was to investigate the Clintons’ shady land deals in Arkansas, that both Republicans in Congress and the Clinton administration agreed to rein in the power of the independent counsel’s office.

Even Starr ultimately agreed the old law should go. So did Janet Reno, Clinton’s Attorney General at the time.

That is the reason for the comparison Steve and the reason why Holder compares Barr to Ken Star is not the main issue of this report.

"Steve, did you hear what Holder had to say about how Russia's interference played in our last elections?

Ron, show me where in "28 CFR Part 600 - GENERAL POWERS OF SPECIAL COUNSEL", the AG is prohibited from exonerating the President of obstruction of justice.

P.S. I heard EVERYTHING Holder said. Numerous times I backed up and replayed parts, to make sure I UNDERSTOOD what Holder said.

"Steve, did you hear what Holder had to say about how Russia's interference played in our last elections?

Yes.

Now let's take a look.

§ 600.1 Grounds for appointing a Special Counsel.
The Attorney General, or in cases in which the Attorney General is recused, the Acting Attorney General, will appoint a Special Counsel when he or she determines that criminal investigation of a person or matter is warranted and -

(a) That investigation or prosecution of that person or matter by a United States Attorney's Office or litigating Division of the Department of Justice would present a conflict of interest for the Department or other extraordinary circumstances; and

(b) That under the circumstances, it would be in the public interest to appoint an outside Special Counsel to assume responsibility for the matter.

Under the provisions of that law, Let’s hope Mueller got his job. Now, I am, like millions of Americans, Waiting for Mueller REPORT to come our, i’m sure you waiting too, RIGHT?

Wednesday, March 27th 2019 at 1:05PM
Dea. Ron Gray Sr.
Waiting is the only choice we have. It sounds like a big job, too big to complete in a week, and I don't know why the Democrats think its a benefit to set such a deadline.

Personally though, I have no need to know the details. All I need to know is Mueller failed to bring a criminal charge, Barr failed to bring a criiminal charge, the House is too cowardly to pass articles of impeachment, and MSNBC and many other Democrats are too dumb to let it drop, and THAT means Trmp will be a two-term President, and THAT means we will Keep America Great!

As you know On Sunday, Attorney General William Barr delivered a brief, narrow summary of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s nearly two-year investigation into the Trump campaign’s relationship with Russia. The president and his allies responded by declaring the matter settled while doing all they can to convince Americans that Barr’s assessment exonerates Trump of any wrongdoing. Which I think was short lived.

It would, however, bother senate Republicans. Last week Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) blocked the senate from voting on a resolution calling for the report’s full release that had been passed by the House of Representatives by a vote of 420-0. On Monday, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) blocked an effort by Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) to unanimously pass the same measure. The move was applauded by Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL).

Now it is the Senate Republicans Mitch McConnell don't want The Mueller report to reach the house or the people.

I see that you want to keep Trump's secrets from being aired because Mitch knows he would lose his power.

That dream of yours will not happen and the Sensate will be in the democrat hands in this next blue wave election and their is nothing you can do about it.

Dea. Ron Gray Sr.
There are no secrets Ron, and there is no hope for the Democrats in 2020. You made a HUGE GAMBLE on Mueller and you LOST. And there's not a damn thing you can do about it, except drop it, which you are too dumb to do.

Wednesday, March 27th 2019 at 6:11PM
Steve Williams
You lost 40 republican seats in the House in the last election and your candidate has not been complete and total EXONERATED on the Russian matter and more, what a HUGE GAMBLE. Let us keep our powder dry in those prediction because you have no evidence of the things you hope to come to pass.

Dea. Ron Gray Sr.
This complete exoneration of Trump has hit you like a ton of bricks Ron, just as the 2016 election did. And the 2018 inverse-blue-wave gave us 53-47 in the Senate, and that means you have zero chance of impeachment. You'd be MUCH better off putting as much distance as possible between yourselves and this DEBACLE.

Steve, Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) is "NOT" talking about IMPEACHMENT it's just NOT WORTH IT.

Now Steve this is something that you know so well, so now you come back up running this BULL💩 of impeachment.

a quick reminder: Pelosi said in an interview with The Washington Post that "I'm not for impeachment" of Trump.
"Unless there's something so compelling and overwhelming and bipartisan, I don't think we should go down that path, because it divides the country," she said.

Did you see that Steve? So you can stop that LIE right now, dead in it's tracks RIGHT NOW!
