2020 Democratic presidential candidate, Sen. Kamala Harris, weighs in on Thursday night's debate, clashing with Biden over busing, her views on education, Biden's remarks on segregationists and not eliminating private insurance.

I believe Joe Biden should have been more prepared for that question and because of that Sen. Kamala Harris won that debate. It was a good night for Sen. Kamala Harris.
