NOAA released an unattributed statement saying that the information provided to the president through Monday demonstrated at least tropical storm force winds from Dorian could impact Alabama, putting it at odds with statements by the National Weather Center.

NOAA is right and President Trump is right, and the NWS Alabama is dead wrong.

How is NWS Alabama is dead wrong, Steve?

Did Alabama ever feel the winds from hurricane Dorian Steve?

These are the same types of LIES that Ttump made saying his inauguration crowd size was bigger then Obama's, that was a LIE TOO.

Ron, Dorian didn't start moving north until AFTER the President referenced Alabama on Twitter. Until Dorian started north, Alabama was still at risk.

....when in fact, under certain original scenarios, it was in fact correct that Alabama could have received some “hurt.” Always good to be prepared! But the Fake News is only interested in demeaning and belittling. Didn’t play my whole sentence or statement. Bad people!

Such a phony hurricane report by lightweight reporter

@ABCWorldNews
. I suggested yesterday at FEMA that, along with Florida, Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina, even Alabama could possibly come into play, which WAS true. They made a big deal about this...

This is what Trump tweeted In addition to Florida - South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia and Alabama, will most likely be hit (much) harder than anticipated.

Let me highlight this: "Alabama, will most likely be hit (much) harder than anticipated."

In addition to Florida - South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, and Alabama, will most likely be hit (much) harder than anticipated. Looking like one of the largest hurricanes ever. Already category 5. BE CAREFUL! GOD BLESS EVERYONE!

When Trump sent that tweet, Dorian had not yet hit Abaco Ron. When did NWS Alabama send their tweet? Twenty minutes after this one?

That's Right Steve NWS Alabama sent there correction from the president wild, off the m ark tweet, shortly after.

Steve, In your life time, have you ever heard of The National Weather Center ever correcting a sitting president?

Ron, I've never before heard of the NWS Alabama forecasting with absolute confidence three days in advance when their last three day forecast was being shown to fail miserably.

Get back on topic of what I’am asking you. Just to make sure we are talking about the same thing, so I will highlight the key to my question to you: “Steve, In your life time, have you ever heard of The National Weather Center ever correcting a sitting president?”
