Fox’s Napolitano Calls Trump Impeachment Strategy ‘Very Unwise’: Can’t Argue Process is ‘Unfair’ if He Doesn’t Send Lawyers

Fox News analyst Andrew Napolitano struck out at President Donald Trump’s decision to not send lawyers to an upcoming impeachment hearing, calling the move “very unwise.”

“I am curious what you make of the fact that the president might want to skip out on this Judiciary Committee opening hearing and maybe others to follow, because it is essentially a Kangaroo court or it’s not fair,” Neil Cavuto said on Your World Monday.

“The rules about which the president are complaining were written by a Republican House of Representatives in 2015. The president would be very unwise not to send lawyers there,” Napolitano responded.

Then he should Zip His Lip about the process because both of you know, he has no defense.

Steve, what do you think about what "Napolitano" said?

The President can say whatever he wants Ron. The Democrats attack and he attacks back. This whole affair is just a partisan ploy by the Democrats to gain an advantage in 2020. It's a desperate ploy doomed to failure and the Democrats deserve every bit of flack you get from Trump. Poor baby.

You Know,

Andrew Peter Napolitano is an American syndicated columnist whose work appears in numerous publications including The Washington Times and Reason. He is an analyst for Fox News, commenting on legal news and trials.

YES STEVE, I' am talking about that guy.

I strenuously disagree with Judge Napolitano Ron. Trump absolutely CAN "Argue Process is ‘Unfair’ if He Doesn’t Send Lawyers."

Steve, we both know that this president will say anything and you know that for a FACT.

However Judge Napolitano is arguing on the side of the LAW and Trump is coming from his emotions because he got BUSTED. Remember Steve, Trump did break the LAW, Trump admitted that he asked for the "FAVOR THOUGH" by the phone record or memo that he produce and he held up Tax payers money to our ally UKRAINE, to misuse the power of his office to effect the out come in 2020 elections.

It will be for the Senate and the voters to judge Trump's actions. The impeachment hoax has been patently unfair from the start and Trump will keep hammering that point home Ron.

Follow the evidence Steve, Trump will be impeached and we will hear ad lease 4 counts against Trump in the impeachment report.
