There will be no crime charged Ron but we will see what sort of precedent will be set. The key event we know of now is the Oval Office meeting on January 5, 2017 when Acting AG Yates found out that Comey had already told Obama that Flynn was being surveilled.

I don't know what else Trump knows Ron. I don't know what else John Durham knows. But I know if Nixon wasn't charged then Obama won't be. You should be worried only if Trump decides to do to Biden the same thing that was done to him.

You do remember with Nixon's resignation, Congress dropped its impeachment proceedings against him. Criminal prosecution was still a possibility both on the federal and state level.
