Appeals court deals Trump-Giuliani Pennsylvania lawsuit yet another blow "Calling an election unfair does not make it so," the three-judge panel said. By Pete Williams A federal appeals court Friday rejected the Trump campaign's effort to revive its lawsuit claiming that Pennsylvania officials conducted the election in a way that discriminated against those who voted for President Donald Trump. "Calling an election unfair does not make it so. Charges require specific allegations and then proof. We have neither here," said a unanimous three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit, based in Philadelphia. The opinion was written by Judge Stephanos Bibas, who was appointed to the court by Trump. The other two judges were appointed by President George W. Bush. After a federal judge dismissed their lawsuit on Nov. 21, comparing it to "Frankenstein's Monster," Trump campaign lawyers asked the appeals court to let them try again with a revised version. But the appeals court said that would have simply rehashed claims already rejected by state and federal courts. What is the matter Steve, you don't believe what your state did for TRUMP?
Judge Stephanos Bibas, a Trump appointee who wrote the ruling for the three-judge panel, did not mince words when rejecting the campaign's appeal.
"Charges of unfairness are serious. But calling an election unfair does not make it so," Bibas wrote. "Charges require specific allegations and then proof. We have neither here."
"The Campaign's claims have no merit," he added.
A Trump appointee... That followed THE LAW.

Ron, your best case scenario is that Biden wins on December 14. If that happens, Trump will campaign against Biden/Harris their full 4 year term. Trump will win that war, Biden/Harris will be absolutely crushed, and then you will have the second 4 year term of President Donald Trump. Chew on that.

Excuse me Ron, why did my paper ballot, without the stub I had previously gotten with every past ballot, that used to have printed on it my ballot number - why did it need to be scanned FOUR times?
