The Supreme Court's inaction is a national disgrace. There is no more important case to ever have come before the court, than this case of a massive national controversy over a Presidential election. The court should have heard the case. Period.

Ron, I'm sure you can see that the election of the President is a national election, IN FACT. In 2020 it is EXPECTED that a majority vote of each state's residents results in Electors being assigned en bloc for a Democrat or a Republican "winner". Because in reality, the Constitutional means (the State legislators) for selecting Electors has been discarded, we have in effect a national election. Add to that the fact that the pandemic was used to determine the outcome, it's plain to see that the Supreme Court had plentiful reason to take the case. States' Rights is an ideal that clearly has been long abandoned in the instance of a Presidential election.

Don't you understand that “The State of Texas’s motion for leave to file a bill of complaint is denied for lack of standing under Article III of the Constitution,” the Supreme Court’s order reads. “Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections. All other pending motions are dismissed as moot.”
"The application for injunctive relief presented to Justice Alito and by him referred to the Court is denied," wrote the Court in rejecting an attempt by Pennsylvania Republicans -- with the President's blessing -- to block the certification of the 2020 election results in the commonwealth. President-elect Joe Biden beat President Donald Trump in Pennsylvania by just more than 81,000 votes.
Thus ends a month-long effort by Trump and his legal team to find some complaint -- any election complaint -- that the Supreme Court would consider and, in so doing, pry open the door to him somehow winning an election TRUMP quite clearly lost.

So the Supreme Court didn't do its job. Millions of voters like me, who had their votes hacked AND the President of the United States were told we don't have standing? The truth is, the Supreme Court chickened out. They succumbed to the highest power in the land - though I hate to say it, something the founders never could have imagined - the Media. The Media is more powerful than any of the so-called three branches of government. Did you know Ron, that the New York Times HAS NOT reported on the Eric Swalwell story? You think you have heard the truth but the past four years has been a total media blackout.

Now you are saying Supreme Court didn't do its job with THREE Trump appointees sitting on the Supreme Court, these judges did their jobs Steve by following the LAW and not Trump's BULL💩. Trump is NOT on the side of the LAW and those three Judges Trump put on the court, Amy Coney Barrett, Kavanaugh and Gorsuch told Trump "NO" don't bring that here to this court so, they threw that OUT OF COURT. That means YOU and TRUMP has LOST.
