Vaccination rates are higher in the metropolitan areas, but the cities’ poorer neighborhoods and the neighborhoods with more people of color tend to have much lower vaccination rates. Overall, Black and Hispanic Texans hold the lowest vaccination rates among racial groups statewide, at 28% and 35% respectively.

Listen carefully to what Dan Patrict says. His meaning is clear to me, he is saying that a higher
PERCENTAGE of the BLACKS in Texas are unvaccinated. That's his point, and his SUBJECT, which
you act like you're ignorant of, is that DEMOCRATS should take the BEAM out of their own eyes,
the HIGHER percent of unvaccinated BLACKS, and STOP ragging on the REPUBLICANS about
unvaccinated Trump supporters.

An estimated 5.6 Million White Texans are unvaccinated.
1.9 Million Black Texans aren’t vaccinated which is much smaller group of Texans.
