He should have been identified at the start. I knew he was a black man, otherwise they wouldn't have covered it up. They didn't have the gumption to apply their standards equally.

Now The Captial Police officer who has done his job protecting members of the Senate has now come out and he revealed his own name in an interview with Lester Holt. Did you see this complete interview, Steve? Did you understand what Capitol Police Lieutenant Michael Byrd had to say about the shooting? YOUR WORDS: I knew he was a black man, otherwise they wouldn't have covered it up. MY REPLY: Steve, don't you understand that there was an investigation and Capitol Police Lieutenant Michael Byrd was found justified and exonerated from that shooting of Ashli Babbitt. That was applying standards equally. You just don't approve of the outcome. Steve, are you looking at this case as a Black Man shooting of a White Woman, Steve? Why was Ashli Babbitt doing breaking windows at The U.S. Captial in the first place when she failed to follow "VERBAL COMMANDS of U.S. Captial Police in the first place?" I hope that you are not inferring that Ashli Babbitt should not have been shot by a Black U.S. Captial Police Officer because she was WHITE, are you?
