A Florida judge has found MAGA Governor Ron DeSantis overstepped his authority by trying to ban mask mandates in schools. The ruling comes as Florida averages 242 coronavirus deaths per day and DeSantis attempts to blame President Biden for his failures. MSNBC’s Ari Melber reports on the situation. (This interview is from MSNBC’s “The Beat with Ari Melber, a news show covering politics, law and culture airing nightly at 6pm ET on MSNBC.

I am glad to see that the courts told this Governor he was wrong and overstepped his call.

Did I hear correctly that Governor Ron DeSantis is going to run for Republican Candidate for President if Trump doesn't run?

Great… I heard by the way, that he is running his State, where is Florida’s hospitals are overrun with COVID-19 patients and a very high Death 💀 rate, would make it easier for Biden to win his second term.

Illinois has a higher COVID-19 death rate than Florida Ron.

LLINOIS

Illinois's COVID-19-related deaths are at their lowest since the pandemic first struck last year.

The state's seven-day rolling average sits at five per day, which was figure not recorded since March 28, 2020.

Meanwhile, the death rate is 0.32 per 100,000, a drop of 0.45 per 100,000 this month and a massive fall from 10.14 reported in December 2020.

Now here Florida stats

FLORIDA

After seeing consistent declines in deaths since the end of March, Florida is seeing a rise once again.

The state is currently reporting a seven-day rolling average of 57 deaths per day, more than double the 22 per day reported on July 6.

Similarly, the death rate has increased from 0.73 per 100,000 to 1.88 per 100,000 - not seen since early June.

However, the office of Florida Gov Ron DeSantis says he will not declare a state of emergency and has no plans to issue new restrictions.

As you can see for yourself Steve in death rate in Illinois the death rate is 0.32 per 100,000, a drop of 0.45 per 100,000 this month and a massive fall from 10.14 reported in December 2020.

VS

Similarly, the death rate in Florida has increased from 0.73 per 100,000 to 1.88 per 100,000 - not seen since early June.

COVID-19 death rates in almost every US state plateau to near record-low levels - but unvaccinated hot spots like Arkansas and Missouri are reporting figures not seen since February https://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article...

Now I will be standing by for your reply of your proof that made you say what you did.

Ron, I'm talking about over the duration of the panndemic.

Illinois's death rate is 2085/1 million
Florida's death rate is 2048/1 million

WoW Steve, When I went to this https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/... you will find the states in order of the highest to the lowest death rates by the numbers.

If you looked and you would have paid any attention to the ranking, you would have instantly discovered that Florida has a death rating of 43,979 rated of having the third-largest death rate in the country.

Now when you notice Illinois death rate is rated behind Florida as the nation's fifth-largest in the ranks of most COVID-19-related deaths are at their lowest since the pandemic first struck last year behind Florida.

Now you are looking directly at the facts and you still want to LIE about the findings. This reminds me of the conversation we had in the early days of Trump's, with the comparison of who's crowds have more people in them, which of course YOU and Trump lost that comparison as well.

WOW!!!

The devil is a liar. What does that make you Ron? Look at the 8th column, the one labeled "Deaths/1M pop."
It means deaths per 1 million of the population. Illinois's TOTAL deaths per million of your population is 2085.
Florida's is only 2048.

Speaking of Trump, Biden just spoke at FEMA and wouldn't take a question about Afghanistan.
Biden doesn't have the bravery of Trump, no wonder. F*** that little b**** and his fake
"dignified transfer." He cares nothing for those fallen, or he would have taken the question
LIKE A MAN. China, Afghanistan and the whole world are watching this coward.

Why should Biden broadcast his moves in getting out of Afghanistan? The only warning that Isis needs is another drone attack. Getting out of a WAR is messy

As far as "Deaths/1M pop" is stated has a point but over all Florida rates the third-highest cases of Coronavirus Cases ratings in the country behind California and Texas, and well above Illinois, you do see that, don't you Steve?

Now let's go back and take a good look at MAGA Gov. DeSantis Over Mask Ban and the rate of infection in his state of Texas.

Texas is second on the list, behind California, with a death rate of 3,567,248 Americans

Of course I see it Ron. I'm interested in California being first, since my family is there.
Now what is that first column about Ron? The bottom line, comparing how each state
has done during the entire pandemic, shows that Illinois has done worse than Florida.

As far as school kids wearing a mass in school, MAGA Governor Ron DeSantis overstepped his authority by trying to ban mask mandates in schools FAILED IN CORUT and it was a Florda Judge who told Ron DeSantis, he was WRONG and overturned the governor.

Children should not be wearing masks. It damages them socially, for life.

Have you seen A COVID-19 victim?

Why should a non face mask child be able to spread and Infect others?

Are schools contributing to a spike in COVID-19 cases among kids? Partly, experts explain.
Adrianna Rodriguez
USA TODAY

After a year of virtual school, students and parents alike were excited for the return of in-person learning. But just as quickly as the new school year started, many children were sent back home after a slew of COVID-19 outbreaks forced them into quarantine.

In Florida, school districts around the state, including in Jacksonville's Duval County, are closing schools as cases rise. New Orleans School District saw 299 active COVID-19 cases and more than 3,000 students and staff in quarantine, according to district data. A Mississippi public health official said about 20,000 students across the state are in quarantine.

School outbreaks caused by high community transmission and lack of mitigation measures have not only disrupted academic plans, health experts say, but also may be contributing to a spike in COVID-19 cases among children across the country. They worry cases will continue to rise if schools don't implement masking and other basic prevention measures, and adults in the community remain unvaccinated.

Masks don't prevent the spread of COVID-19. All they are is a security blanket
for fearful folks like you Ron. Folks without faith.

Steve who do you think is filling up the hospitals in America? Is it the non vaccinated that's filling up the nation's hospitals or the vaccinated? Didn't you see the information in this video presentation?

Answer these two questions, I'd you can.

Yes Ron, I saw that "video", probably before you did. I suffer through that pompous wannabe rapper (Ari)
every night at 6. Typical paper masks are known to block only 10 percent of the virus spread. Social distancing
is what's required. Plus vitamin D and zinc daily.
